Sorry this is a wordy one 😆… saving the best til last…my final set recording release of the year, is my favourite set I’ve played to date I reckon…here’s the live recording of my set from 🎵

To be able to almost close out the festival on the Sunday afternoon, in the peak of the German Summer sun, surrounded by a field of 6ft tall sunflowers and towering windmills, was something else 🌻

It’s a carefully curated journey through deep prog, melodic, tech, afro through to techno, and rounding it off with that sweet nostalgia with one of my all time favourite, first love of electronic music tracks- Beachball by Nalin & Kane. Many-a-track I’ve been saving playing out for the right moment. Pure creative freedom 🥹

This set is my little testament to what the doof means to me and to partying in the light. You don’t need a high bpm and darkness to up the anti…this is all about pulsating grooves, rolling baselines, playful melodies, powerful percussive elements and drive… power in the light, techno for the daytime…to create a moment in time where you can be you can be your weird and wonderful, playful self, surrounded by like-minded music lovers 🫶

Hi guys, been a bit quiet on here lately, but yeah, I’m not one to post just for the sake of it 😅 my final guest mix for the year is now out. A big thanks to the KLANGEXTASE team for having me on board 💜

I wanted my final guest mix to explore some of the sounds I’ve really been loving at the moment. It’s super deep and hypnotic…and not dark, but yeah deeeep 😆It’s techy, trippy, deep, warm and organic-y in the low end with rolling bass lines and beautiful stripped back melodic elements.

I wanted to put a journey together to replicates the feels of those late night moments when you just want to close your eyes on the dfloor and get lost in the loops and hypnotised by the groove- hence the mix is called “Lost In The Loops”

It’s a journey through deep/melodic/prog house with a dash of rolling techno.

It was an absolute joy to play before the guru Kasey Taylor and to play a bit of a spontaneous B2B set together at the end of the night 💜

It was a bit of a full circle moment…I had my first ever club gig in Melbourne years ago playing after Kasey; and was so nervous I’d felt sick all day 😅So playing alongside Kasey on the other side of the world was a really special moment 🥰
