The pair love to create beautiful, colourful dishes that reflect their mixed heritage growing up as German Iranians in Australia. Working primarily with seasonal produce, they create unexpected and exciting food that showcases the versatility and beauty of middle eastern flavours and ingredients. With over fifteen years of food industry experience combined, they've worn many hats: from food stylin

g to recipe development, event production and small to large scale caterings, they've never been known to shy away from a challenge. With their soon-to-be-launched food project Nima they aim to delve even further into their roots and continue to bring modern middle eastern flavours to the table.
