Carolina Boettner is a transdisciplinary artist based in Berlin, whose work explores the boundaries between traditional practices and new media. Her art is rooted in collaboration across disciplines, aiming to create innovative, experimental experiences.
Xueh Magrini Troll, aka Xuehka was born in Bogotá, Colombia and belongs to the third generation of female artists in her family. Drawing is her way of understanding the world around her and incidentally, discovering herself.
Cellist Hui-Chun Lin is an active member of Berlin’s improvised music scene, to which she contributes regularly as a performer and curator of improvised chamber music events. As a performer, composer, she has developed an original improvisational style characterized by a large sound range, dramatic intensity, and a unique musical grammar.
Ada Rave (1974, Comodoro Rivadavia), is an Argentinian saxophonist, improviser and composer. Ada’s instrumental approach is based on research into a wide variety of techniques, conventional and unorthodox, which allow her to create a highly personal narrative in real time composition.
Ligia Liberatori a singer, improviser, performer, composer and clowness. Her specialities are the extended techniques, and the relationship between music and movement. Besides the currently experimental and extended vocal techniques, like multiphonics, circular singing, frys, ululation, inhales an glottal clicks, She had developed special techniques like flaggiolets, high multiphonics and chord singing.
Elisabetta Lanfredini is a singer, sound artist, performer, vocal coach and researcher; born in Siena-Italy, currently based in Berlin. Their origins in Afro-American, jazz and folk music, ethnomusicology, and profound experience in the experimental theater, lead to a style of modern storytelling that includes both improvised and traditional music.
