Unfortunately, following a survey error when the boat was bought 5 years ago, they discovered a structural weakness that is forcing them to carry out much more extensive work than planned.
Urban Boat is dealing with unexpected and costly construction work that is using up all their savings which puts the project at risk to create the new season and improve facilities and services.
