We offer three floors of beautiful daylight studios ranging from 25 to 120 sqm, kitchens, luxurious loft, co-working and meeting spaces and a huge roof terrace. We host 16 different artists, companies and institutions and provide all kinds of opportunities to present art, products, companies and institutions in a premium setting in the heart of Neukölln. Our classy loft provides all you need to ma

ke your event a mayor success. The loft comes with a 30 sqm kitchen/bar area created with finest materials such as copper, tiles and massive oakwood and is tastfully illuminated by handmade oak lamps. The light system is 80 meters of ERCO rails with up to 60 dimmable lights for various athmospheres and a nice surround soundsystem. Excessive windows mainly facing south guarantee bright daylight throughout the day. Designer sofas, palmtrees and handmade wooden lamps provide the room with a luxurious finish. Two side-rooms for meetings, make-up and backoffice, an excessive roofterrace of 500 sqm and your own penthouse-style elevator provide premium functionality on the top of Berlin. Perfect location for showroom, film & photo shoot, exclusive event, exhibition, fashion show, performance, gallery space - You name it!

Have you ever been on a rooftop in Berlin?

We have! Here are some drone shots of our beloved 500 sqm rooftop on a historic building in Berlin-Neukölln. It’s the perfect extension of our event loft—just one staircase away to take a deep breath between workshops or to welcome your team with a warm drink. For Christmas parties, we even host mulled wine receptions up here.

Wart ihr schon einmal auf einem Berliner Rooftop?

Wir schon! Hier sind ein paar Drohnenaufnahmen unserer 500 m² großen Dachterrasse auf einem historischen Gebäude in Berlin-Neukölln. Sie ist die perfekte Erweiterung unseres Event Lofts – nur eine Treppe entfernt, um zwischen Workshops kurz durchzuatmen oder euer Team mit einem warmen Getränk zu begrüßen. Für Weihnachtsfeiern veranstalten wir hier oben sogar Glühweinempfänge.
