Uväll is a respected figure in Georgia’s electronic music scene. Raised in Tbilisi, he has developed a musical language built on deep, muscular rhythms that define his raw, dancefloor-driven sound. His catalogue spans labels such as WSNWG, FLOAT, INGUMA, OECUS, and CANTICLE, showcasing depth and intensity as the essence of his artistry.

His performances have left a mark at clubs such as BASSIANI, Radion, Jasna1, and FVTVR Paris, while his dedication to the scene extends beyond the booth: as a promoter, resident, and co-founder of the FACTION series, he has always been closely connected to the local communities of Tbilisi and Berlin. Since 2024, he has also held a residency at ANIMA in Berlin, further exploring and contributing to the techno scene with passion and commitment.

On Friday, September 12th at Deestricted, Uväll will guide us through an intense and visceral sonic journey, where every beat turns into living matter.

Temple Rat is the alias of Yuxin Mei, a composer, Erhu player, and DJ from China, currently based in Berlin. Her work seamlessly merges traditional folk instruments with contemporary electronic music production, skillfully incorporating self-built sound design tools and field recordings to craft her unique sonic identity.
Her music exists at the intersection of IDM and ambient genres, enriched with Eastern influences and deep, powerful rhythms. Her performances, which include live acts and DJ sets, are often centered around extensive field recordings and emotionally charged storytelling.
In her artistic practice, Mei explores the dynamic interplay between space, environment, and sound through installations and live performances. She employs creative techniques such as deep listening, field recordings, and spatial sound design to shape her works.
Mei also hosts a monthly podcast, Ni Chi Le Mei, on Baihui Radio China, where she spotlights global music. She has performed at iconic venues like Berghain, Art Biesenthal, Zenner, and Boiler Room Shanghai, among others. Mei focuses on sound design and interactive installations and organizes events under the collectives “Er Ting Ba Fang” (耳聽八方) and “Jia La”, promoting cross-cultural interaction and musical collaboration.
Her recent projects include the physical release of The Compositions of Air on Siamese Twins Records, which has garnered praise in record stores across Asia and Europe. Additionally, her track The Garden of Earthly Delights was featured on the VA Kāthā Remixes album, remixed by UK IDM pioneer Higher Intelligence Agency.

On September 12th, she joins us at RSO for Deestricted: an invitation to surrender to an intimate and visionary ritual, where ancient vibrations and electronic landscapes merge into collective magic.

DJ Slin, hailing from Sweden, has established himself as a key figure in the underground house and techno scene. With a passion for spinning vinyl and an ear for emotive, stripped-back sounds, Slin’s DJ sets and productions have garnered international attention. His work frequently appears on underground labels such as howl, Eat More House, and his own imprint, Sush*tech, showcasing a style rooted in classic deep house, minimal, and dub techno aesthetics. Slin began cultivating his skills in the late 2000s, drawing inspiration from Detroit and Chicago pioneers as well as the evolving European minimal movement. Over time, his music has evolved to embody both the groove of early house and the precision of modern minimalism, marked by warm basslines, hypnotic rhythms, and soulful motifs. As both a DJ and producer, Slin is recognized for his ability to build immersive dance floor experiences that emphasize deep atmosphere and subtle progression. Having played at intimate clubs and renowned venues across Europe, Slin has developed a reputation for extended sets filled with vinyl-only selections and rare gems. His releases have been supported by respected names in the scene and continue to attract an international audience. Driven by an ethos of authenticity and artistry, DJ Slin remains dedicated to crafting timeless sounds and fostering connections within the global house and techno community.

DJ Ali, a Lebanese artist based in Australia, is a rising name on the global underground electronic scene. His productions and magnetic DJ sets draw inspiration from the iconic rhythms of the late ’90s and early 2000s, blending nostalgic sounds with a modern vision to create a truly distinctive musical identity.
Renowned for his energy behind the decks, DJ Ali weaves an intense blend of Trance, Tribal, and percussive Techno in his DJ sets, crafting immersive experiences that bridge past and present. His music has taken him to iconic clubs such as Berghain in Berlin or Abyss in Shangai, as well as major festivals like Pitch Music & Arts and Beyond the Valley in Australia. With releases on labels including Blue Hour, Live From Earth, Positive Source and BCCO, he continues to establish himself as one of the most distinctive and innovative voices of the new generation.
On September 12th, DJ Ali returns to RSO for Deestricted: a vibrant ritual where ancestral rhythms and tensions transform into pure catharsis on the dancefloor.

Tonight we return to Italy to our beloved and intimate Meet Compact Club, with Blue Hour as special guest, alongside vp allowed and Pablo.
Balancing rave memory and contemporary minimalism, Blue Hour crafts clear and hypnotic soundscapes. His techno is an elegant form of trance, suspended between formal rigor and submerged emotion.

A steady groove, elements arranged with surgical precision, and an inner tension that builds over time – like water slowly coming to a boil. That’s where Blue Hour sits: a British producer active for over a decade, crafting a sound that is at once physical, atmospheric, and spiritual. There’s always a detail – a lingering reverb, a grainy snare, a distant treated voice – adding warmth and humanity to otherwise geometric structures.

Deestricted returns to Italy this Friday landing at Meet Compact Club.
A return to the body, an invitation to sink into a primordial kind of dance, guided by a groove ritualist like lets the sound breathe, like the dub masters used to.

No special effects, just the perfect interplay of rhythm, texture, and dynamics.

Born in ’96 with UK roots, Rene works with just a few essential elements, kick, rounded percussion, bare-bones atmospheres shaped with rare rhythmic sensitivity. His sets speak for themselves, resonating in some of the most respected spaces in the world.

Windfuhr - July 18 @ Deestricted, RSO Berlin

Windfuhr is a Berlin based DJ and Eerste Communie resident.

Guided by the rhythm of drums, his musical journey is defined by hypnotic introspections and consistent energy flow. It is precisely the union of these elements which allows the mind to wander and the body to keep moving. A strictly warm and organic sound, dominated by low frequencies and percussive elements is Windfuhr’s signature touch.

Music as a tool - to explore himself and to build a dialogue with the audience. His Guadeloupean heritage enables him to capture and adapt the musical tradition of `Gwo Ka‘ - which in Creole means “big drum”- into each one of his mixes. Gwo Ka is the combination of sound and movement through the rhythms played on the drums and the dances of the audience. In its traditional form, drummers and dancers merge into an infinite interaction of rhythms and gestures giving life to a communal performance.
Inspired by his roots, Windfuhr translates this tradition into contemporary soundscapes with the aim to emphasize the connection between dance, spirit and music. The philosophy of communication through sound lies at the roots of his passion: by reading and understanding the energy of the dancers, he becomes their shadow and allows the creation of a story where everyone is the author.
To connect with people but also to disconnect from reality sums up his commitment to this form of art.

Polar Inertia - July 18 @ Deestricted, RSO Berlin��Polar Inertia examines the enigmatic and blurry realms, embracing the art of obscured vision. Encountering the collective is like being absorbed by fog, captivated by its ever-shifting forms and densities.
Formed in 2010 by a group of artists, Polar Inertia transcends visibility, delving into structures beyond the public gaze. Their universe extends far beyond electronic compositions and live performances. It merges sound, monochrome aesthetics, and elusive narratives, much like trying to grasp intangible fog.
The entity is involved in installations, print and video work, and texts created for various contexts, appearing in spaces like Palais de Tokyo or the Lyon Biennale of Contemporary Art. Still, clubs and festivals are perfect settings to experience their nebulous soundworlds. Fittingly, Polar Inertia has appeared in the colossal halls of Berghain and Bassiani and at festivals like Mutek Montreal and Atonal Berlin, which break with classic club conventions.

Their sonic landscape unfolds through wafting textures, resonating beats and drones, reverberating in vast empty spaces. Their sound sits between ambient, experimental, and deep techno, interwoven with vocal narratives. Since their debut Indirect Light on Dement3d in 2011, they’ve remained a stronghold of relevance in the electronic domain.

Inspired by Paul Virilio’s Polar Inertia, their releases follow the five chapters of the book. With the recent double EP Environment Control on Northern Electronics, one might wonder if a fifth chapter exists, but uncertainty remains part of their DNA.

At Deestricted, Polar Inertia will unfold their world within the raw architecture of RSO, a live act where sound carves space, time slows down, and perception is quietly dismantled. Let yourself vanish into the fog.

Deestricted is a Berlin based party, managed by the techno squad members from the event company Meet Compact Club. It is the darkest side who aims to explore the boundaries of raw industrial sounds through loud beats and ripetitive rhythms in several artistic ways. Sound of Deestricted is perfectly suitable for an ideal soundtrack for a compilation of erotic films intended to illuminate the points where art meets sexuality.
