The German artist Gunnar Schunke aka IoniXx was born on January 30th 1985 in Waren Müritz (Mecklenburg Vorpommern). In 2001 he discovered his passion for psytrance, which took a new form when he started out as a DJ in 2012. Supported by Hagen von Schoenhüb, his debut as a DJ took place in 2013 at "Frühlingszaubertraum Festival" in Berlin. Since then he has played shows in famous clubs like Magdale

na (Berlin), Kosmonaut (Berlin), M-Bia (Berlin, Puschkin Club (Dresden), Juice Club (Hamburg), Musikbrauerei (Rathenow) and Psybox (Innsbruck). His musical style has also impressed audiences at various festivals - "Panorama Dance 2016" in Italy or the "Gaggalakka 2014" in Thüringen just to name a few. His talent was confirmed by playing at "Odyssee (2017)”, one of the most famous indoor parties happening in Europe. Through a close connection to labels like IONO-MUSIC and YELLOW SUNSHINE EXPLOSION he had both the opportunity to play beside well known names like Waio, Egorythmia, E-clip and Protonica and to grow as a musician. With Sven Hermann aka Captian, a famous psytrance DJ from Berlin, he founded the event label "X-Music". Together they created projects like "Human Vision", "Goanautika" or "Project X". Since January 2018 he has been an official DJ at the music label "Reson8 Music”. Booking Information:
