This set represents the first step in a personal journey of reconnecting with the sounds that first drew me into the world of DJing almost 20 years ago—deeply rooted in house music and all its shades, which have always felt like home to me, despite the many experiments and influences over the years, especially recent ones. It’s a kind of return to my roots, but with a renewed vision shaped by experience.

A huge thanks to Matteo and Fede for having me—it was wonderful to catch up with old friends and meet new ones. Long live music!

Happy to be part of the musical lineup put together by the Pizza Club crew for The Sound Of Pizza event at Arca Milano, in collaboration with Jazz:Re:Found.

This time I'll have a little chat with DJ Solko, we'll talk about his new Micro Art shop project and its new corner at LINEA, the exclusive and ultra limited prints made by Alessandro Burelli for the occasion (eh, it’s the Milano Design Week), the 2024 edition of the Gaeta Jazz Festival and then whatever else is on our minds at the time.

For those in Milan, Linea is located in the underpass of the Cairoli (M1) metro station so feel free to drop by!

In this episode, VAISA takes us into the emotional backstory that marked the creation of his self-titled debut album – out on my label back in September 2023: a small journey through the most fascinating sounds that have struck deep into the roots of his musical imagination, made of real gems from the backwoods of Umbria’s hidden underground scene, the part of Italy where he was born and raised. A region steeped in history, between light and shadows, land of saints and sorcerers; strong energies and great mysteries.
