As part of our Together for Transparency initiative, ICEF is pleased to announce a new strategic partnership with National Indian Students and Alumni Union UK - NISAU, one of the most influential international student advocacy bodies. This collaboration strengthens our shared commitment to ethical and responsible international student recruitment.

With more than a million Indian students studying abroad, the majority relying on agents for key decisions, the sector needs clear standards and trustworthy information. Working with NISAU, we will develop joint guidance, share insights, and promote practices that support transparency and better outcomes across the UK–India corridor.

📁 The Global Enrolment Benchmark Survey, undertaken by NAFSA, gathered feedback on international enrolments from 461 universities across 63 countries.

🌎 With over half the sample comprising universities in Canada (20), the UK (39), and the US (201), a majority reported increased challenges with visa restrictions and government policies.

📉 The survey showed that enrolments across the US and Canada are down for both bachelor’s and master’s programs, the UK is holding steady for the time being, with Asia and Europe gaining market share.
