Building a circular economy that works with networked data requires automation and AI, though, and big data can quickly turn into bad data.

Obstacles from society as well as political regulatory discussions are slowing down AI development in Germany, but experts believe that if enough people get excited about the topic and don’t feel scared by open and unanswered questions about the use of the new technology, the future of the networked data world and AI in measurement and automation will work with engineers.
