With a heart full of gratitude and a broad smile, I look back at the incredible moments we shared last week. Family, friends, fans, and ravers – we were all united in our joy and love for music and life itself. We danced with everything we had, not just to beats but to a collective pulse, a positive energy that held us all. Every hour, every track, and each euphoric moment reminded me why I’ve spent decades behind the decks.

My fellow DJs, old companions, and new friends – you brought this celebration to life as much as anyone else. I saw the passion, the pure joy, and the unrestrained laughter in each of you, and it touched me deeply. So deeply, in fact, that I ended my set with us singing silly songs and making animal noises together – a touch of madness never hurts, right?

After 12 hours of music and countless beats, the party was far from over – the after-hours called. Another nine hours of playing, more music, more joy. And as the hours flew by, I thought, “There’s hardly anything better than this” – this endless dive into sound and community, where everything else fades away.

Now, on this free weekend, I still feel the afterglow of that euphoria. It resonates within me, like a good bassline massaging the heart. Thank you all for sharing this special moment with me, for giving me the chance to celebrate my 60th birthday in the music and spirit that unite us all.

Here’s to many more chapters where we dance, laugh, and simply live – together, in love, and in life’s rhythm.
