(English below) 👨🏽‍🍳 Das Feedback der ersten Runde von The Brunch Club Test Kitchen war so toll, dass wir 2025 weitere Kurse für euch anbieten wollen! ✨

The Brunch Club Test Kitchen ist ein Format, bei dem ich EUCH mit in die Küche und hinter die Kulissen meiner Kulinarik nehme.

Gemeinsam entwickeln wir Gerichte, die sowohl fantasievoll als auch unkompliziert sind, wobei saisonale vegetarische Zutaten im Mittelpunkt stehen.

Nach dem Kochen setzen wir uns an einen wunderschön gedeckten Tisch, um unsere Kreationen zu genießen und einen unvergesslichen Abend zusammen zu verbringen.

We’re thrilled by the success of the first round of THE BRUNCH Club Test Kitchen in 2024 and are excited to announce more cooking classes in 2025! I’m inviting YOU to join me in the kitchen for an unforgettable culinary experience.

We’ll work in small groups to explore inventive and creative ways to use vegetables. Together, we’ll craft recipes that are imaginative yet approachable, with seasonal ingredients taking center stage.

After cooking, we’ll gather around a beautifully set table to enjoy our creations and share a memorable evening together.

💭 thought of the day

These days, I’m preparing for the final Brunch Club of the year. Writing the menu, making the shopping list, organizing the to-dos, and packing—it’s all become such a routine that it feels surreal to think this Saturday will be the last one. I couldn’t be happier about our upcoming collaboration with .core.class , and I’m looking forward to taking a break for the rest of the year as we’re expecting our second baby very soon ✨.

I’m excited for this next chapter, but I can’t help feeling a bit sad. The Brunch Club has grown so beautifully and organically over the past four years, bringing me so much joy that it’s hard to step away, even temporarily. I definitely have some baby-friendly ideas in mind for the near future 😉, but until then, things might be a little quieter around here.

For our retreat at das Rosso we collaborated with and used their refreshing ginger shots as presents for our participants and for our brunch setting 😊! Fun fact: did you know, that Klosterkirchen is from the region of Nuremberg? 🌱 AND one more little secret I haven’t talked about.. since a few months I am creating recipes for the 🥰

The beautiful mess ✨ still what I love the most about the brunch club events is creating spaces and bringing people together, people who haven’t met before sharing a meal and connecting and in the end everyone is going home with new impressions,memories and maybe friendships. 🤍🙏
