Die Musikrichtung und was Euch erwartet:
Progressive Tech-House. Quasi eine Mischung aus all den Styles die ich seit dem Anfang von House, Techno und Trance, nun seit über 20 Jahren,

in meinem Geschmack aufgesaugt habe und jetzt in meinen Sets verarbeitete. Ziemlich oft sind auch Songs von Depeche Mode, meiner Lieblingsband, in diversen Remixen,in meinen Sets zu finden. Wichtig ist mir den Spannungsbogen so aufzubauen, damit die Stimmung bei den Hörern und Clubgästen stetig in die Höhe getrieben wird. Anfangs spielte ich natürlich nur für Freunde, die ich mit Tapes, die an Vater Tonbandgerät
zusammengeschnitten wurden, versorgte.
1996, nachdem die gesamte „VIP“Abteilung im Lovetrain zur Loveparade mit seiner 90 Minuten Kassette (sonst war keine andere vorhanden) stundenlang unterhalten wurde, kamen die ersten offiziellen Gigs in der Kulturfabrik in Saarbrücken, deren Chef „Cassius“ Clemens auch im Lovetrain mit anwesend war. Dabei blieb es natürlich nicht und es folgten Auftritte bei der Nature One, der Loveparade, dem Mixery-Castle, bei dem ehemaligen No.1 Internet Radio Sender für Clubmusic „Radio Unity“ und diversen Clubs in ganz Deutschland. Daraufhin folgten dann auch Bookings im Ausland,
u.a. SM Kerim, also ich, bin auch ein Member der 4WARD-UK Crew (www.4ward-uk.de) die zusammen schon Bundesweit eigene Veranstaltungen und Bookings, insbesondere mit DJ Dag, hatte. Es folgten Veröffentlichungen der 4Ward-UK Crew auf Jetlag Digital (Hier von Parts Per Million und DJSecret produziert) sowie anfangs Dezember 2008 von Parts Per Million & SM Kerim den Track Libra Cobra auf dem
Kanadischen Label „Progressive Grooves Records“. In Frankfurt kam es dann zu einigen Auftritten bei der MOVE und auch bei der Colours, Dies Dank dem Kontakt zu Andy "Boy" Maier, bei dem ich schon seit Mitte der 90er mein Geld (es müssen Millionen Euros sein) in Platten investierte...
Kürzlich kam es dann auch wieder zu 2 Releasen mit Alberto Sarno bei dem Label von Alex Kvitta Rekordings, mehr Infos dazu in der Bilder-Abteilung...

Alles in Kurzform für die Booker:

SM KERIM, ab 1996 als DJ tätig in der KuFa in Saarbrücken, auf Festivals wie der Nature One, Mixery Castle und der Loveparade in Berlin (jeweils für die KuFa Floors/Wagen), in diversen Clubs in Deutschland (U60311, Tanzhaus West (Move und Colours) und anderen Clubs in und um Frankfurt und anderen Bundesweit. Ebenso war er auch in London/England und Linz/Österreich vertreten. Aktuell laufen Wöchentlich Sets über einen deutschen und einen französischen Internetsender. Die Musik die er Auflegt geht von progressivem House bis zu darkem Techno, was natürlich vom Club, der Zeit und dem Publikum abhängt. Es findet sich immer was von verschieden Styles in seinen Sets, daher auch das SM vor seinem Namen was für Style Managment steht. Er hat schon Releases auf Progressive Grooves Rec, GUF Rec. (Mixery Castle) und aktuell bei Alex Kvitta Rekordings, mit einer eigenen Version von einem Depeche Mode Klassiker "No Disco", den er mit seinem Freund Alberto Sarno produziert hat.
