🎥The next Book-to-Screen story: submit your novel for Books at Berlinale now!

✍️ Deadline: November 11, 2025

Books at Berlinale will showcase ten new international novels with strong potential for film adaptation as part of the 23rd Berlinale Co-Production Market (February 14–17, 2026). 🎬The selected projects will be announced in mid-January and made available to all registered participants about three weeks before the event.

🎤During the moderated pitching event, film producers will meet renowned rights holders from publishing houses and literary agencies to discover new and promising IPs.

🌟Highlights of Hashtag included the Frankfurt Calling programme, Book-to-Screen Day, and trade events exploring AI from all angles. On the days it was open to the general public, the book fair once again proved itself to be a lively literary festival for all generations.
