Siomay and Batagor are very famously known streetfood in Bandung, but it can already be easily found around other parts of Indonesia. The dishes is basically about fried or steamed „fish“ dumpling served with peanut sauce, but our Siomay and Batagor are Vegan. It’s about fried or steamed some „mixed vegetables“ dumpling and served with peanut sauce or sweetsour sauce.

Beef rendang is one of the original cuisines of Minangkabau descent and Sumatra culture.
