Pop up Mediterranen BBQ Grill, providing a fusion of the best cuisine from the Middle East, cooked to order,@ your venue, on an open fire OFYR grill.

We plan to open for business early in 2021. we will be offering both Themed and Customized menus. You provide the venue and guest list, after discussion beforehand to understand and agree your catering requirements, we will provide the rest. Event cooking and entertainment we are offering something a bit different. Combining the spectacle of cooking interactively on an open fire grill with Middle

Eastern dishes taught and handed down to me from my Grandmothers Mother and Aunts. My kitchen is one that is created to be shared, with family, friends or business colleagues. Based on locally sourced ingredients we can offer themed or bespoke menus. Accompanied by selected wines of the Rheingau and Palatinate we hope to make your event a special one.
