Esperanto, an artificial language constructed in 1887 by L.L. Zamenhof, surely had it’s mainstream moments a century ago. But after the two world wars, it slowly faded away.
Arad hosted two national congresses, one in 1913 and the second one in 1924. They were both held at the Cultural Palace of Arad.
¶ How awesome is the poster from 1924 with the Cultural Palace!
