👥 UNTAPPED 2025 in Berlin-Neukölln
We had the honor of hosting UNTAPPED 2025, a one-of-a-kind movement and summit dedicated to diversity, innovation, and change. Over 500 guests and 100+ companies came together for an unforgettable experience.

🎯 PM Welt at Munich Bogenhausen
We welcomed hundreds of professionals to PM Welt 2025, diving deep into topics like AI, digitalization, and transformation – all in a setting designed to spark new ideas.

🖥️ REWE digital GmbH in Köln-Mülheim
In Köln-Mülheim REWE digital GmbH took over our halls with our biggest event yet – nearly 1,000 guests, cutting-edge streaming setups, and a custom outdoor lounge that had everyone staying well into the evening.
We even had the pleasure of welcoming the heute-show team to film at smartvillage Köln-Mülheim – yes, our rooms also work for TV shows!

🥗 Grill&Chill in Munich-Schwanthalerhöhe
We kicked off the summer season with our Grill & Chill after-work event.

May was a month where the full potential of our spaces really shone through – events of all kinds, amazing people, and energy you could feel in every corner.

smartvillage Köln-Mülheim was recently the backdrop for heute show which will be broadcasted today at 22:30. Proof that our spaces are made for more than just meetings.

We are happy to host this year’s PMWelt at smartvillage Munich Bogenhausen for the third.

Across three days, we had around 1000 visitors. Project managers, innovators, and changemakers came together to explore the future of transformation, digitalization & AI. All in an inspiring setting with sunshine, community vibes, and food that matched the energy.

From interactive workshops to relaxed networking moments in our outdoor lounge, it was the perfect blend of learning and connection.

Huge thanks to the PMWelt, Ba, Reinisch and all attendees. We loved being part of it! 💙

👥With nearly 1,000 guests, the atmosphere was full of energy and summer vibes. A custom-built outdoor area with a bar became the ideal spot for cold drinks and engaging conversations.

🍕From 2–5 PM, the main program ran with a fully equipped livestream setup, including live interpreters – seamless, professional, and tailored to the event. Afterwards, guests enjoyed a relaxed after-work gathering with pinsas, sandwiches, wraps, sunshine, and a positive atmosphere. 🌇

A big thank you to Rewe Digital and everyone involved – this one was special! 💙

On Tuesday, we had the pleasure of hosting the MEET GERMANY SUMMIT and our new space in Neukölln was filled with amazing people, fresh ideas, and great energy.

👥Guests and exhibitioners joined us for a day full of networking, inspiration, and hands-on sessions. From expert talks to workshops on AI, sustainability and event design – there was something for everyone.

✨ A surprise highlight? Our house tours! We planned for two, ended up giving six full tours plus a few spontaneous ones. It was great to show so many curious guests around smartvillage even if some areas are still under construction.

🎶 The perfect ending? The MEET NIGHT in our Kalle Halle – live music, food stations, and a fantastic atmosphere.

Big thanks to MEET GERMANY, Schramm, Mayer & Schuster and everyone who made the day so special. We’re already looking forward to the next one! 💙
