hallo insta bubble :) ich hab großartige neuigkeiten zu verkünden! wie einige bereits wissen, bin ich bereits seit einiger in der BY.on elektro spitzenförderung des 🙌 dieses jahr bin ich jedoch nicht nur eine förderrunde weitergekommen, sondern bin zusätzlich als dozentin eingeladen 😍 ich bin total stolz und fühle mich geehrt, mein (überwiegend selbst angeeignetes) wissen zum thema ‚aufbau und markenbranding der artist-persona‘ mit euch teilen zu dürfen 🧡

heute ist ein ganz besonderer tag, denn mein liebster .sound wird 27 DJ jahre alt und das muss ordentlich gefeiert werden 🥳 und zwar mir einem 9h b2b2b mit .sound und mir im in zürich🐝

gefühlt kenne ich matija schon mein ganzes leben lang - das stimmt natürlich nicht. ABER ich kenne matija schon mein ganzes DJ leben lang . seine sets haben mich vor ungefähr 6 jahren dazu gebracht, die art von musik zu hören, die ich seit damals eben unfassbar gern höre, dazu tanze und mittlerweile selbst spielen darf :) richtig kennengelernt haben wir uns allerdings erst, als ich eines tages im oktober 2019 unbedingt eine riesen hausparty schmeissen musste und ich matija einfach ganz frech gefragt habe, ob er vielleicht spielen will? wollte er 😄 und so hatte ich auf einmal neben ca 200 leuten und 500 pfandflaschen auch noch meinen lieblings DJ, mein absolutes idol, in meiner wohnung 🤭 damals hatte ich keine ahnung, wie man auflegt. etwa zwei jahre später schon und so war mein erster gast für mein eigenes event ‚lisa luka invites…‘ natürlich .sound 🧡 seitdem haben wir einige male die decks geteilt und blödsinn hinter der dj booth gemacht. matija hat mir aber auch abseits des DJ lifes das ein oder andere mal unfassbar gute lebensweisheiten mitgegeben, meine tränen getrocknet oder mir einfach nur zugehört, wenn ich es gebraucht habe. long story short: .sound du bist einfach toll und ich schätze dich auf allen ebenen 🫂 hier noch ein paar impressionen der vergangenen jahre:

as one of my first confirmed bookings for 2024, i’ve been looking forward to this small, sweet festival like crazy since the beginning of the year! and i’m even more excited because i’ll be in the best company: this time, my best party partner is joining (and of course our boys and as well).

a week after fusion, i can say - yes, i have landed well 😁. i had a wonderful time there and also a great gig 🫶. i’m still more than thankful for my first official fusion booking at palapa bar 🚀 i just wanted to let you know that i have decided to NOT post my set. ❌ why? let me try to explain it to you:

those who came to my set know, that the slot i played was relatively short (1 hour) and sandwiched between two really cool live concerts. to fill the initially empty floor i tried doing the following: i played much faster than usual to squeeze as many unreleased tracks and bangers as possible into one hour. it worked, the atmosphere was great, the floor was full (thanks for that). but unfortunately, i couldn’t manage to create a set that tells a STORY in such a short time 😔
that simply doesn’t reflect who i am, and it doesn’t do justice to all the producers who sent me their songs. in my opinion, each and every track deserves its special place and a proper storytelling ✨ long story short - i relistened to my recording and recognized that i played a set that doesn‘t fit my personal quality standards (which is entirely up to me) 🥺

i know i promised many of you that I would upload the set soon - i am sorry to disappoint you now. but since i have some more festivals ahead of me, there will surely be a new set soon 🥳

a huge thank you to everyone who was there and supported me, to all the amazing producers who provided me with their unreleased gems, and of course to Iman, who made it all possible in the first place 💖🫂
