We are living in an age where we might think that we already have equal rights.
For instance, women are allowed to open bank accounts, allowed to drive, and in most countries also allowed to vote and even become the president!
Yet, there is still a long way to go.
Today, we still see the gender-pay gap is pretty much in all countries. Next to that, in 18 countries husbands can legally prevent their wives from working. In 39 countries, daughters do not have the same equal inheritance rights as a son. Still, 49 countries lack laws that would protect women from domestic violence.
This problem dramatically increased especially during the COVID-19 Pandemic.
Today according to report, women in the Netherlands accrue on average of 40% less pension than men, even though, studies have shown that women are more skilled than men when it comes to managing financial matters.
Furthermore, during a divorce, women in The Netherlands lose 25% of the purchasing power on average while a man only loses 0.2%.
This is why Fembitious.Club is built.
Our mission is to lower the bar for women to join an international prestigious network clubs that will help them to become financially independent and grow career-wise.
We want to connect our members worldwide, inspire and empower each other to grow professionally and at the same time collaborate with each other. We aim to achieve this by providing our members with knowledge and opportunities that'll enable them to develop necessary skills and become more independent, financially.
For instance, in 2021 we will focus on the stock market by creating 4 different investing clubs that will invest in different portfolios.
Every month, there will be events such as masterclasses from world leaders and experts and also, fun activities like golf classes to business galas.
We want to help our members to fulfil their true potentials together with other like-minded members because we believe that through this, we can help to achieve gender equality faster worldwide.
