Doesn’t this cake make you want climb through the screen and eat it? There is no better combo than freshly baked vanilla sponge topped with chocolate glaze, and fresh berries. These three make the perfect flavor profile with eat bite. The chocolate glaze used for the drip is the same one we make it our eclair course.

This year my son wished for a minecraft cake. I loved the idea and of course did my best to make his wish come true. From that look of happiness I think it was all worth it. Of course the inside was also a special request. Half chocolate, half vanilla, mom. But not stacked on each other but BESIDE each other. Ok, why not!:) I loved the idea of the big sparklers on the TNT bomb cake. 🎂 🧨 💣 💚

These individually packed macarons are for a corporate order. The customer was so lovely and local, just a stone’s throw away from my bakery. I really appreciate working with local businesses and am so grateful when they give me orders that support mine. Thank you. It was a pleasure to make these vanilla macs for you!

Basketball cake. The ball on top is formed from Rice Krispies and covered and shaped from fondant. The cake below is made with vanilla beans and then thick and soft basketball sugar cookies. Yum!!:)

Spiderman cake for my four year old son.:) He is a chocolate monster so we encased a chocolate cake with M&Ms and KitKat bars and it was delicious! He was amazed and I loved making his birthday special!

Lego cake delivered this weekend! Aveer turned 5 years old and I have been lucky enough to make his birthday cake this year as well!:) Inside was our secret chocolate cake with a silky smooth chocolate buttercream. We made each lego piece out of gumpaste so you could just pick it off the cake and eat it! Every 5 year old’s dream!

One of my most favorite projects! This cake was so fun to make. A lot of planning and sketching which makes my job so creative and crazy. The mom who ordered this cake is lovely to work with and I share her love for creating awesome parties! Fluffy vanilla cake inside that the kids love to eat.

From drawing to reality. My daughter submitted a 4 tier cake as her birthday cake wish this year. We compromised and picked the bottom tier as the main design and the heart from the top tier. MY heart is full watching her decorate her cake and bring it to life.

Petit fours. An order for something different. They were really delicious. Handmade raspberry filling and fluffy vanilla cake. The key to these was keeping them cool so they kept their crisp shape.

One of my brides is having babies and I got to be a sweet addition to another special event in her life. On the bottom tier there is vanilla cake speckled with raspberries and filled with handmade raspberry filling. The top tier is dulce de leche caramel with a not too sweet but super fluffy chocolate cake.
