VOK DAMS was founded in 1971 in Wuppertal, Germany, by Vok Dams, the father of Colja Dams, our current CEO since 1998. Starting out as a photography and graphic design studio we are now one of the world’s leading agencies for events and live-marketing. In our 19 offices in Europe, Asia and the USA we constantly develop and deliver pioneering solutions in all matters of events and live-marketing.

At VOK DAMS, we believe in driving change, transforming our industry, and securing a sustainable future. That’s why we are proud to be a founding member of the 𝗡𝗲𝘁𝘇𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗸 𝗻𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗵𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗶𝗴𝗲𝗿 𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲𝗻 (German Sustainable Event Agencies Network) and part of the core team behind its newly published manifesto for a more sustainable event industry.

This manifesto is the result of collaboration among 𝟯𝟬 𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗲𝘀. It sets clear commitments and concrete actions to make sustainable business practices the new industry standard.

These include:
▪️ Implementing sustainability management
▪️ Transparent carbon accounting
▪️ Sustainable procurement practices
▪️ Actively advising clients on sustainable event solutions
▪️ Regularly discussing best practices to guide and inspire future action
▪️ Strengthening collaboration within the network to drive improvement

Events can and should be a force for positive impact – from mobility and energy to circular economy and catering. 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗳𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗼 𝗶𝘀 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘄𝗲 𝘄𝗲𝗹𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗷𝗼𝗶𝗻 𝘂𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝘂𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗶𝗻𝗱𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘆!

We had the honor of orchestrating an unforgettable journey for Geberit’s 150th anniversary! Over five cities, we curated 7 exceptional events – 4 employee gatherings and 3 client events – all with the theme "150 Years of Tomorrow".

From elegant gala dinners to vibrant festivals, we created spaces for Geberit’s employees and clients to connect, reflect, and celebrate. Attendees were immersed in the brand’s rich history through a compelling film and a specially designed History Zone, fostering both emotional and informative connections.

A standout moment? The grand finale: a one-of-a-kind outdoor event held in a custom-built tent on a field. The atmosphere was electric, with employees enjoying interactive, one-of-a-kind games made just for the occasion.

Thanks to meticulous planning and seamless ex*****on by our Munich team, Geberit’s vision for this milestone was perfectly realized.

Our VOK DAMS China team had the privilege of supporting a truly successful event for St. Regis Hotels & Resorts and their partnership with Shang Xia.

For 120 years, St. Regis has been delivering exquisite experiences around the world. In a celebration of shared artistry and craftsmanship, they were pleased to announce a partnership with Shang Xia – a luxury brand combining Chinese culture and contemporary design, known for its beautifully crafted furniture, clothing, and accessories.

The collaboration was unveiled with an exclusive Midnight Supper at SHANG XIA Maison, where 2-star Michelin Chef Olivier Elzer from The St. Regis Hong Kong teamed up with Chef Enrico De Martino and Chef Pol Anter from The St. Regis Shanghai Jingan. Our China team is excited to share two delicious events for Venchi, held in Shanghai and Hong Kong, to promote their 9 Levels of Dark Chocolate bars.

The two Dark Chocolate Tasting events welcomed over 80 guests to indulge in Venchi's century-old craftsmanship, embarking on a luxurious journey through nine levels of dark chocolate.

Invited guests were immersed in the world of Venchi through branded photo opportunities, chocolate bar product displays, thematic welcome drinks, and the Dark Chocolate Tasting Event led by Co-founder and Brand Ambassador, G.B. Mantelli.

The main highlight was, of course, the 9 Levels of Dark Chocolate Tasting Event, featuring unique pairing ingredients such as Black Sesame Rolls, Cocchi Vermouth di Torino, Osmanthus Honey, Sichuan Peppercorn, Pu'er Tea, Aceto Balsamico, Ginger, and more.

𝗩𝗢𝗞 𝗗𝗔𝗠𝗦 𝗫 𝗣𝗨𝗠𝗔 @ 𝗖𝗜𝗜𝗘 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟰 VOK DAMS China came back with PUMA to the 7th CIIE, the world's first import-themed national-level expo held for 6 days in Shanghai. Our team designed a booth of 216 sqm size (9m x 24m), featuring key themes based around PUMA's philantrophic program, eco-friendly commitment & racing culture. The booth focuses on 4 design language elements: ▪️𝗖𝗶𝗿𝗰𝘂𝗹𝗮𝗿: Representing PUMA's values and spirit of circularity ▪️“𝗟𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗛𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗲” 𝗜𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗣𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗿: A central feature that showcases the three themes of PUMA 2024 CIIE, and serves as the focal point dictating the entire booth layout ▪️𝗥𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗱 𝗔𝗻𝗴𝗹𝗲𝘀: A design choice to soften the overall aesthetic, harmonising with the circular theme and avoiding overly sharp edges ▪️𝗣𝗨𝗠𝗔 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗿 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗺𝗲: Predominantly uses PUMA's colors – red, black, grey and white – and introducing sublte colours in different areas to represent distinct themes A series of events were held inside the booth to keep guests engaged and entertained: ▪️𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘆: Showcasing the connection between PUMA & CIIE, Tradition & Innovation, and PUMA Family 2024 Olympic Performance ▪️𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗦𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗲𝘁𝘆: Showcasing PUMA's engagement in philantrophy to empower communities, care about education, and foster social responsibility ▪️𝗘𝗰𝗼-𝗙𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗹𝘆 𝗕𝗮𝗱𝗴𝗲𝘀: Inspired by RE:FIBRE Program from PUMA New York Flagship Store, aiming to promote PUMA's eco-friendly spirit by crafting recycled paper into badges ▪️𝗥𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝗶𝗺𝘂𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿: Highlighting PUMA's racing culture, aiming to cre

The event's theme, Ready for Impact, resonated across every touchpoint, creating an engaging and immersive experience for attendees, and showcasing the future of digital transformation. The journey began eight months ago with a shared vision and deep collaboration with a client that truly understands the transformative potential of live experiences. Together, we set out to create something unique, and the result exceeded all expectations.
