At Stalks and Roots, our philosophy is twofold. The ‘Stalks’ symbolize a striving toward the sky, which is visible in our unique selection of high-quality flowers. The ‘Roots’ remind us that we are grounded, and embody our emphasis on local, seasonal and sustainable products. That is why every business decision is made with one question in mind: How can we tread a little lighter? ________________________________________________________________

Vi er en lille blomsterbutik med et stort ego - vores ego fortæller os at ingen opgave er for stor eller kompleks og vores lille butik i torvehallerne holder os plantet i jorden. Vi ser enhver opgave som en ny mulighed for at udfolde os kunstnerisk og enhver ny kunde som en værdifuld del af vores lille organisation. Hver dag arbejder vi på at udvikle os i faget og imødekomme de evigt forandrende trends indenfor branchen, men i vores filosofi har vi besluttet os for, at hvis ikke vi kan følge de moderne trends, må vi skabe vores egne. Med stor succes har vi startet produktioner fra Ecuador til Polen og fra Tyrkiet til Portugal, så vi her i Danmark kan få flere farver og blomster til livet samt forsøge at være et forbillede inden for klimaforandringerne ved at effektivisere, nedskære og endeligt blive mere bæredygtige end vi var forrige år!
