Moca focuses on daily service at the Moesgaard Campus, where everybody is welcome- not only students and staff of the University. We also do take-away, catering based on our producers principles: in season, local, fairtrade, traceable and biodynamic We almost exclusively work with local farmers, who can provide fresh and high quality ingredients all year round. Moca is a combination of a restaur
ant, a café and a chocolate- cake shop. We make all of our breads, cakes and chocolates from strach. Moca is a research based experimental project/kitchen run by the philosopher Zsofia and the gastronome Aidan. We ask the this queston: can we change our food system? With all our efforts we try to answer this question and restore a small-scale, local ecosystem, where consumers are active parts of the food chain. We strongly believe that a great food system transformation is possible, and we need to start it in small. So here we are, at Moesgaard, Aarhus. :)
