PHP Developer
Location: Aarhus, Denmark (Hybrid Work Model)
Job Summary: Donor Network is seeking a curious and skilled PHP Developer to join our start-up in Aarhus, Denmark. As part of our transition from consultancy-developed solutions to an in-house development team, you will play a pivotal role in building and shaping our technical capabilities. This role offers a hybrid work environment, combining the flexibility of remote work with the collaborative spirit of office-based work. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in PHP development, a passion for learning new technologies, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain web applications using PHP and PHP frameworks.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
• Troubleshoot, test, and maintain the core product software and databases.
• Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with consultants and internal team members to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
• Extract, analyze, and present key performance indicators (KPIs) in dashboards and reports.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Proficiency in PHP and experience with PHP frameworks (e.g., Laravel).
• Knowledge of front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Experience with mySQL or other relational databases.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Full-stack development experience or a strong desire and ability to develop skills in both back-end and front-end technologies.
• Analytical approach with the ability to extract, analyze, and present important KPIs.
• A strong desire to join a small startup environment where you will have a close relationship with decision-makers, allowing you to have a significant impact on the company's direction and growth.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
• Experience with e-business applications, leveraging technology for critical busi-ness tasks.
• Familiarity with or interest in learning other technologies, such as SharePoint and Microsoft Power Apps.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
