Hi Foodies,
We have got some excellent responses in the last few years. I am sure we as hobby chefs are delivering happiness to you. In order to take this initiative further, we are thinking of a business model where we bring happiness to you, regularly.

Could you please give us your opinion on some of the questions we have
1. Would you value if we deliver bring a subscription model to bring food more regularly. eg food delivery every friday and saturday

2. Would you be happy if we bring food at a pick up point close to you eg a super marked or a package delivery point

3. Would you be happy in pre booked orders one week prior if we create menu plans for a week or on a monthly basis and post them on a website. This will enable you to buy food at a discounted price.

We welcome Spring 2022 with some sugar. This weekend we bring to you a simple desert from the East of India. "RASGULLA" made with simple ingredients like Milk, Sugar, Saffron and Pistacio. RAS = Sugar syrup and GULLA = Balls with milk similar to mozzarella

1. IDLY is a savoury rice cake, originating from the Indian subcontinent , popular as breakfast and Evening snack in Southern India and among Tamils in Sri Lanka. The cakes are made by steaming a batter consisting of fermented black lentils (de-husked) and rice. The fermentation process breaks down the starches so that they are more readily metabolized by the body.
