- Light base of Palermo zucchini/Ricotta cream
- Roasted Hokkaido Pumpkin
- Fresh Basil
- Mozzarella
- A drizzle of Olive oil

The solstice brings us to the end of the asparagus season and the beginning of a new favorite pizza!

With a base of white asparagus & ricotta cream, topped with fior di latte, green asparagus, burrata and fresh strawberry compote, this sweet and salty summer combination hit the spot!

The summer is treating us so wonderfully here in Lilleø. We are enjoying the freshly harvested fruits of its orchards on our favourite pizza while celebrating sunshine with a freshly and locally brewed beer. 🍐🌞
