If you're considering a seating chart, keep in mind that you'll want to coordinate this with your wedding planner as early as possible. Start by requesting a table configuration as soon as you know how many guests you'll have. It's important to think about the guests that will be sitting closest to your entry point, as they will be in many of your photos. Be aware of any mobility issues so that all of your guests feel comfortable and confident.

Design a seating chart that is easy to transport to or set up at the venue. Your wedding planner may be able to assist with signage and easels. if place markers are a part of your seating chart, consider how you will travel with these items, from fragility to weight. Reach out for information with regard to traveling with decor or favors. You don't want to risk having to pay taxes as you pass through customs.
