We’re looking for one new full-time team member at Heldeke – could it be you?

- This is a split-role position:
• Half of your time will be behind the bar, engaging with customers and showing good event bar service.
• The other half will be back-of-house, helping us keep everything running smoothly. That includes uploading events, communicating with artists, assisting with private bookings, and general organizational tasks.

- What we’re looking for:
• Someone culturally minded and genuinely interested in the arts.
• A person who is organized and enjoys both people-facing and behind-the-scenes work.
• Bar experience is a plus, but willingness to learn event bar service is just as valuable.

- Language skills:
• Estonian: fluent preferred, but not required. You should be ready to work towards B2 level if you’re not there yet.
• English: B1 or higher is a great bonus.
