I am so so very Sorry but wedding season 2025 is now fully booked to the Max. We have very few floating dates - We do weddings every single day ; but in order to concentrate on my couples unfortunately it’s not possible to take any further bookings at this time. We are now concentrating on wedding season 2026 with many key wedding dates already being booked. We are so excited now to look after our end of season 2024 couples with the care they deserve and roll on to the coming years with much excitement 💕💕 Thank you so much for all your support 🙏🙏. Paella is a rice dish originally from the Valencian Community. Paella is regarded as one of the community’s identifying symbols. It is one of the best-known dishes in Spanish cuisine. simply amazing and everyone said it was the very best they ever had. Truly incredible how hard you both work. I am always asked about the the history of this most magical house... what a great man 🥰xx.

The house was built by Luís Santonja Faus. He was born in Beniarbeig in the first years of 1856. He was the son of Lorenzo Santonja and Francisca Faus. He studied Architecture and Industrial Engineering in Valencia. He was the architect of the project and the construction management of the Slavic Theater of Valencia and its replica of the Slavic Theater of Ondara (1886) He built reservoirs and founded paper mills in Valencia, Villalonga, Lorxa, Almansa, Alcoi and Alcaraz in Albacete.

In 1902 he introduced electric light in the town of Beniarbeig making it the first town in the Marina Alta that had the new invention, even before Denia.

In 1901, the City Council of Ondara commissioned him to elaborate the project of the Bullring and in 1902, the City Council himself appointed him a contractor for electric lighting. In the years of the Second Republic he built the “Santonja Raft” and the “underground cellar”.

He financed the creation of the Beniarbeig Music Band, as well as the construction of the 1925 Town Hall. He gave away the church bells and the bell tower clock.

He founded the schools, expanded and improved the street of his name by making a group of houses and worried many times to fix and improve the parish. He was Deputy Mayor of the city of Valencia. He died on March 25, 1938 at 82 years of age.

Today Thursday 15th August is Fiesta day in Spain, nationally. Businesses and public offices will be closed. Many Spanish people have taken this week to take their summer holidays. Business will resume as normal next week, so do not worry if you are waiting on a reply to your queries. Have a great day!

August 15th, is an important date in the Spanish calendar, not only because it’s a public holiday but because it’s a day to celebrate the Assumption of the Virgin, which according to Christians, commemorates the day the Virgin Mary entered heaven. One of my favorite songs of all time “Can you Feel the Love tonight” It suggests that love is not just a feeling but a shared journey that brings people closer, It emphasizes that love is a great equalizer, capable of inspiring hope and belief in the best of what life has to offer.

It may be a tad hot today but we are taking it all in our stride and loving every single moment.

Marcella thank you so much to you Lorraine and Rachel for everything! We literally had the wedding of our dreams. I still can’t believe how amazing the day was, everyone is still talking about it. Casa Santonja is so beautiful omg. You guys made the place look like something out of a fairytale! You really do know how to plan and organise a party 🎉 and make it look easy while doing so. Also a massive thank you for adding the Chandelier and extra lights, they were amazing and made it look even more amazing than I could have thought 😂😍 there are no real words to explain the day but thank you so so much!

Can I also say a massive thank you to Lorraine for all her help collecting my dress and then bringing us to Dénia on the Wednesday. She’s amazing 💕

Lee- thank you so much for making the blessing exactly how we wanted - fun and not too serious. So many of the guests mentioned how great he was and how perfect he was as he matched our energy!

DJ Cam- AMAZING and knew how to get the party going! Played a great mix of music, we didn’t want it to end but the sing song continued all the way back to the hotel on the bus 😂

El poblets - omg still dreaming of the food. It was soooo good! Everyone is raving about the canapés! Everything tasted amazing!

Flowers- the flowers looked exactly like the inspo picture I had sent! Amazing 😍 Kris & Remmi - breakfast and evening food was gorgeous! They were a great touch.

360 video - amazing and so many amazing memories captured of the night. One in particular that I will keep forever of my nana up dancing and having the time of her life on the 360 platform.

Yumi- the cake looked and tasted amazing! Exactly what we wanted and was amazing to have our little doggos on it!

I am going to email all the suppliers individually to thank them but just wanted to send the above to you aswel just to remind you of how amazing you all are!! 😂

There is always a bit of madness in my work ethics🤪

Sometimes couples question why I forward the teams contacts so if they wish; they can talk with them directly. They mentioned that other wedding planners they contacted don’t work in this way!

So I want to make it VERY clear - Please note I am not actually saying that I am passing the buck so my couples plan their wedding with my team. What I am saying is that these guys are MY TEAM and they know exactly how I work..

It’s is pointless when talking about something like flowers to talk with me and not my expert Floral designer directly. I have always worked like this. It is part of OUR uniqueness and service in the wedding planning world. I would question why I wouldn’t be allowed access to any suppliers.. now that opens another can of worms🥴 Do you really want a complete stranger who you never talked to or had any communication with turn up on your wedding day. I know I wouldn’t!!

Without sounding morbid.., I guess my biggest fear is that I know nobody is indispensable in life. Should anything happen to me I know I have everything covered and my couples have all the contacts of suppliers involved in their wedding.. Many wedding planners might not care but I do😏###
