The idea is simple but the resu

lts are spectacular. Our award winning kitchen team at the Millbrook like nothing
more than escaping the confines of our tiny kitchen, hitting the road and cooking in some extraordinary
places. Having cooked on rocky headlands on private beaches, in working agricultural barns and boatsheds
we hit on the name wherevernext when a friend exclaimed exactly that...and so wherevernext was born. Whether you own or know of a fabulous location, or prefer us to come up with a location, do
get in touch. We are just as interested in a Dining event for two on the end of a jetty as we are in
a grand get together.

Ajo blanco, the "WhereverNext" way...a timeless andalus classic, ideal for searingly hot summer days.
Submerged in the ice cold almond and garlic soup are some hidden gems; frozen grapes and drunken raisins.

Easter Sunday and another hard days work in our Olive Grove...

Our new project 'Adopt An Olive Tree' got well and truly under way yesterday in our Olive Grove. The project ? To give you the opportunity to own an olive tree through our adoption programme.. As we get under way we shall produce more information on the project leading up to the harvest in early December, in time for Christmas ! Our trees (all 110 of them) had not been professionally pruned for more than 5 years ! Rule of thumb is every 2/3 years... So a mammoth job on our hands. We plan to document the project as we live the life of an olive tree farmer through a video library.... You can also hop over to our new instagram page @wherevernextoliveoil if you prefer.
