Paella time!! Wouldn’t you like to add paella show cooking - and tasting! - to your event or celebration?

Paella is one of the region’s most versatile and delicious dishes, that can be adapted to every season. Seafood, porc sausage, vegetables, rabbit, fish, it goes deliciously with almost any ingredient!

In this case our professional chef Alvaro and Albert prepared a delicious seafood paella and a vegetable and porc paella. As it’s winter time, you’ll see they used seasonal green asparagus and mushrooms, and I can tell you from firsthand experience; they were both delicious!! (We thought we’d have too much food but it was all gone!!)
