(EN) The client asked for ‘a Garden Lunch’, and this is what we created for them: an infinity table for 125 people, in the middle of a botanic garden, accompanied by piano music.
The table was filled with delicious yet light dishes, created with ecological and seasonal products from local farms and decorated with natural materials to integrate the table with its surroundings.
And of course, with this taking place in the Girona area, we used fragrant ecological wines from the local wineries.
It was truly a day in Paradiso…

La mesa estaba llena de platos deliciosos pero ligeros, creados con productos ecológicos y estacionales de las granjas locales y decorados con materiales naturales para integrar la mesa con sus alrededores.
Y por supuesto, con esto ocurriendo en la zona de Girona, usamos vinos ecológicos fragantes de las bodegas locales.

AFRICAN DANCE is a dance that invades your body and mind. It is an ancestral dance connected to mother earth and the different life changing events such as a marriage or a baptism.
With roots dance, you will feel the connection to mother earth, with yourself, and the drums. It opens your heart chakra and emotions through the most primal sounds and moving postures that makes you enter in a state of trance in which, without losing consciousness, you are invaded by intense joy and happiness.

When we started talking about organising an Autumn retreat, we immediately agreed we would go to Ibiza.
Angela, Marta and Danielle (your hosts for the Ibiza. Autumn Retreat) have visited the magical Island Ibiza for many years now, and have come to know and love this little energetic Island in the clear waters of the Mediterranean Sea.
Maybe it’s the high levels of Quartz in the soil that give it its vibration, or the monolithic limestone rock formation of Es Vedrà, recognised as the world’s third most magnetic point.

What is a cacao ceremony?
A cacao ceremony is an opportunity for people to come together in an intentional space and enjoy drinking ceremonial cacao whilst perhaps setting new intentions, sharing heart-felt insights, or being led through a meditation or visualisation of some kind.
It has the potential to be a guide and gateway to help each one of us embrace the compass and depth of our heart as a starting point for profound healing and remembrance.
Therefore, the cacao ritual turns into unconditional love and a safe space for people to connect with each other in new ways, as well as an opportunity to reconnect with ancient parts of ourselves that remember the simple power of gathering together in community.
A safe, nourishing environment for you to connect with yourself, the spirit of cacao, and other people in deeper ways than one can usually access when by yourself.
What happens during a cacao ceremony?
A cacao ceremony usually includes: an opening and setting the intention of the ceremony, pouring and passing of the cacao, that leads us to a shared group experience; guided meditations, sound journeys, dance and movement practices, and then a closing where you give thanks, and acknowledge what the group created during that time.
Cacao ceremony history
Cacao ceremonies are certainly not new. People in south and central America, especially the Mayan and Aztec cultures, have been enjoying, initiating and sharing cacao ceremonies for thousands of years. Archaeological evidence of cacao’s use dates back to 5,300 years ago in the Amazon.

We found another hidden gem at only 30 min from Barcelona, between the vibrant coastal town of Sitges and the Penedes wine region.
Tucked between vineyards, this beautiful traditional masia with it’s 10 double rooms decided over the main house and two cottages has been restored to meet all your needs. The large grounds are filled with a big pool, many chill-out areas and amazing spots to sit quietly and enjoy the surroundings.
We love that recycling is taken very seriously here and there is even a bowl for food leftovers that go to the chickens in the coop behind the cottage.
It’s perfect for retreats, such as the golf and yoga retreat we just hosted here, or as a holiday house for large groups. But it’s also great for corporate events such as a cocktail party and as a team building location. And of course, for weddings and celebrations! Just imagine raising your glass of local Penedes cava while enjoying the shadow of the tall pine trees, overlooking the pool and the vineyards…
