We’re looking at putting together and online workshop comprising of 2 sessions to help you see how you can create balanced, flavorful meals.
No, they won’t be around nutrition and recipes because those will come later on but they will encompass the following:-
📍H ow to combine the six main flavors when cooking
📍What flavours compliment and balance out each other
📍Which types of meals and flavors take time to put together as well as ones that are quick and easy
📍The “secret” components that make up a meal that can truly be enjoyed
These sessions will give you an insight into the mind and creative process behind a meal so that can start taking the elements and use them in your own cooking process.
