What we need from you:

🔸Independently working
🔸Organizational and planning skills
🔸Reliable
🔸Problem solving
🔸Stress resistand
🔸Able to work under pressure (physical work also may occur)
🔸 Language: Spanish and English
🔸You need a car

What you get:

▫️Full time contract
▫️Promotion chances
▫️A very good salary

You will be in communication with the sales department. You’re responsible for the preparation of the upcoming events, available during the events (for emergencies or missing information) and for the follow up of events.
We need you to make sure events will run smoothly. If problems occur we need you to take action and to be able to solve problems. Events will be during the week but of course also on the weekends, so we need you to be okay with working also on weekends.

If you’re an organized person who is very talented in planning you will be always good prepared for the upcoming events and problems won’t really come up…but you never know.😜

You are also in charge for the Warehouse which includes to check the inventory and to be the contact person for suppliers.

You will be having someone working under you who’s driving and packing the events. You should be able to work in a team and make sure your employee is the right person for the job.

During summer time it can be stressful but during winter time we aren’t as busy as in summer so you get the time to relax. ☺️
