Many thanks to Adrian for his fantastic Hog Roast for my husband 60th birthday party may 2024. The pork& cracking and stuffing were a massive hit, the different choices of salad, pasta, couscous, was fantastic. No clearing up for us to do even the dirty plates and knives & forks just disappeared, just as the dancing began. Amazing food , great service, and stealth clear up. Perfect

CHRISTMAS IS COMING. thinking of having a party ?. works, friends, family, Bar. Hog Roast or Spit roast Turkey with all the trimmings roast potatoes, home made stuffing, mashed carrot & swede, spouts with bacon, cauliflower cheese lashings of gravy not forgetting the pigs in blankets(sausages wrapped in bacon) then Christmas pudding with Brandy sauce to finish mince pie with a shot. Christmas cracker with ever meal.

Lovely day for hadliegh. super party Sangria to start then on to the hog roast, salads & lots of roast potatoes. would have had a lot more but one of the dogs likes roast spuds (a lot)

This was the 2nd party on Saturday. we did a whole Sirloin of Beef & shoulders of Lamb cooked then cut to order with sausages, burgers, chicken, Lamb kofters & much more.
