Back from the Azores and straight back into the frying pan! 🔥

We’ve just wrapped up a full-on 5-day, full-board retreat for a large group — from before-dawn bread baking to late-night nightcaps, it’s been 17-hour days of cooking, serving, and smiling.

All set in a truly stunning location in the Montes de Málaga — surrounded by contemporary architecture, striking sculptures, and endless mountain views. A dream backdrop for food, creativity.

Hard work?
Absolutely.
Rewarding?
Even more so. ❤️

Wines fresh and new and big and ballsy reds, not forgetting the Ginjinha and indulgent Affogattos.

Incredible flavours, warm service, and plenty of inspiration to bring back to La Rosilla. ❤️
