Home made Baked and cooked goodies. I love to make bread and make lots of different types, Onion, olive, plain white, brown, walnut and many many more.

I also make lots Chutneys, Pesto's Jam's and Pate's. I now have a home delivery service of all of my products. This now includes: a range of ready frozen ready meals all made with quality ingredients, most vegetables from our own organic garden or from the local farmers market here in Jesus Pobre and all meat from trusty suppliers. Ready meals include: Chicken curry, cream chicken pie, beef and mu

shroom pie, cottage pie, lasagne, cottage pie, beef casserole and moussaka. If what you want is not there just call me and I will try my best to make it. Also we supply soups, cauliflower and broccoli, leek and potato and squash. And what I love to make most is bread: these come in two sizes, 250g and 500g and these include: caramelised onion, black olive and rosemary, cheese and Jalapenos chorizo, walnut on wholemeal or just plain white and wholemeal. My absolute favourite day in the vegetable garden! The first homegrown tomatoes of the year and they were delicious! Just so happens it was the same day I got some smoked burrata from the local Italian deli 😀😀 summer on a plate 😍😍

As we are so remote there isn’t anywhere to easily walk to to get food and coffee etc so food at home in our little countryside holiday casita is order of the day, today was gnocchi with sausage and homemade tomato sauce with wild herbs pick from the mountain 😍 just what was needed after all the walking this past week😍😍

We went rogue today and had sunday roast on a Saturday 🤣😋 because we can ! 😋 Belly of pork or panceta if anyone is wondering, long three hour cook on top of onions and apples, crackling apparently perfect and the meat was delicious 😋
