Hudsons was inspired by the recent passing of our Grandad “ Grumps” John Varley Hudson, he was a large part of our family move to Spain having moved to Cyprus himself at the ripe old age of 72. An inspiration to us, his grandchildren and family also having a great respect in his home town of Louth in the UK.

A strong character, a respectful man with a firm but fair approach to people. Something which we hope to reflect in Hudsons Bar. We couldnt think of a better way to pay our respects and to let the legend which was our Grandad live on. We hope you enjoy Hudsons.
