Simply sumptuous private lunch with the Timmerman’s yesterday … 👩‍🍳 ❤️

Cucumber soup with garlic & chilli prawns 🦐 fresh dill, mint

Brown butter cod fillet with romesco sauce,roasted sweet potatoes, italiano peppers,asparagus, cherry tomatoes, apple balsamic reduction

Roast fig’s in orange & honey,almond tart with creme fraiche

Voila 🙌

Private picnic 1500 meters up in the Lanjaron valley, delicious selection of Spanish tapas, arrive by 4x4, circular walk with our guide then back for coffee and cake 🍰 before your sunset drive home , great day out !
