Flying Pig Ibiza is a new and exciting Party Catering Concept for whole roasted Suckling Pig, whole Mediterranean Lamb, crisp grilled Flying Pig Magic Ham, or tender grilled Giant Turkey. Fresh and all reared on the island, this delicacy could be grilled within the privacy of your own terrace or garden or, indeed, yacht or anywhere else for that matter – all we need is two electric points. The attractive multi-purpose Flying Pig rotisserie, with its inbuilt light, has been specifically designed for roasting, with the glass plated front ensuring guests are able to witness the spectacular roasting process which is sure to add something a little different to the party. All of our products are seasoned with our own Original Flying Pig Ibiza Spice Blend, made of 20 Island Herbs & Spices – you`ll love the taste! Also you can book individually any of the following - Mediterranean Ratatouille, White Beans in Rosemary, Sage & Tomatoes, Classic Sauerkraut, Sweet/Hot Mustard – all for a small extra price. There are no problems with open fires, gas or other dangerous chemicals or fuels. The Flying Pig Electric Glass Show Grill operates automatically ensuring your perfect grilled food will be ready in time – always! And the cost? Not as much as you would think with prices starting from just 17,50 per person - all you can eat! So while your food is grilling, you can be enjoying a drink whilst welcoming your guests. To keep down costs we just supply the main course (Flying Pig Show Grill, Meat plus locally produced potatoes with Olive Oil & fresh Rosemary), leaving you to add your own appetizers such as your favourite Salad with Dressing, Mixed Olives, fresh Baguette & Aiolli, Spanish Ham & Cheese. Add to this a selection of home-made desserts (chilled Fresh Fruits, Grapes, fresh Figs & Cheese or Ice Cream, etc) and your perfect party with your individual touch is complete! Keep the leftovers in your fridge for your own fabulous sandwiches for the next few days. Flying Pig also offers a number of additional services including the brand new Private Beer Keg Service - no more empty bottles, no more warm beer, but always space in your fridge! The Service includes Quality Pilsner Beer Keg (30/50 litres) plus innovative Easy Tap & Chill System. This small, miracle machine ensures you have free flowing, ice cold beer all day and night. We also supply professional Swiss coffee machines – just push a button and in seconds you will have freshly ground & brewed original Ibiza café - Cappuccino, Espresso, Cafe con leche etc... Don’t wanna carve yourself? No problem – just call us and we will supply a professional Carving Master by the hour. We will not touch your kitchen, we will just wheel in our machine and when the food is done, give us a call and we will come and pick it up – no mess! It’s as simple as that.
