A bit about me…

I have had an interest in food preparation and cooking from an early age, upon leaving school I trained as traditional butcher local to my home where I worked for 2 years before moving onto butchering on a wider scale. My father’s legendary late night suppers and dinner parties led me to start paying more attention to experimenting with different herbs, spices and foods which in t

urn led to me hosting many dinner parties for friends and family and events for local restaurants. My passion for music brought me to Ibiza in 1997 for my first summer experience where my skills were swiftly recognised and I gained work as an assistant chef at a popular local restaurant for the summer, again I was back in 1999 where I worked as a chef on the infamous sunset strip at Café Mambo and also covered as head chef at Café Bay Bar when required. After studying at college and university for 5 years and then visiting and travelling many countries around Europe and Asia I longed to return to my second home… Ibiza! I have been working as a private chef here now for some years and now in my fifth year, over this time I have gained many regular clients and happy customers, I dont advertise myself as a professional gourmet Michellin starred chef as I am not, I prepare and cook and make my clients happy with the dishes I produce and serve at a sustainable rate and I am 100% legal to do so along with all the required insurance and Health and safety certificates required. A bit about my food and the service I offer…

Think fresh fruit, vegetables, local seafood, meats, cheeses and a myriad of fresh herbs and spices all individually selected and fused together. Think summer in Ibiza with refreshing lunches in the hot summer sun and delightful dinners in the evening. My style of food encompasses but is also not limited to, Thai and Asian style dishes, Moorish, South American and of course, Mediterranean. I like to work alongside my clients requirements to make sure they enjoy my service as much as possible. I am well aware of many food intolerances and am happy to work with this, catering for Vegans, Vegetarians and other such diets. All food purchased is wherever possible locally sourced to ensure that the best quality is what you are served, I work with organic local farmers and maintain relationships with local businesses to ensure this.
