Last night’s work was some of our tapas and paella for a 50th birthday celebration for a lovely group in Denia. It literally was 10 meters from the sea! The 3 trips up the 73 stairs with all our equipment nearly killed us, (not forgetting the 3 trips back down), but we got there in the end!

Trying some new BBQ flavours for ‘25. Need to keep evolving! Pork belly “candy bites”, sticky asian chicken wings, smoked fennel & rosemary sausage and some new pickling ideas. Had to try it all for lunch! 😜

Yesterday afternoon’s work was a road trip for us for a 50th birthday celebration in Los Montesinos, Torrevieja. A stunning villa and lovely people to cook for. It was predominantly our Mexican menu, but with a paella and some pulled pork too! We were also entertained by a steel pan band and a mariachi band!
