🤩Trying something new 🤩

So i marinaded iberico ribs with soya sauce chilli,ginger,garlic and maple syrop then roasted them for few hours they were absolutely delicious but a wee bit to salty so next time less soya sauce 😍
It has been served with lightly pickled salad with toasted sesame,almonds,thai basil and pomegranate dressing
And of course my wife's favorite sweet potatoes steaks

Thyme and maple syrop Roasted beetroot,grilled asparagus,Harisa roasted cauliflower,quail eggs,bulgar weed,crumbled feta cheese,toasted sunflower seeds and sumac,parsley and pomegranate dressing is just a great combination of flavours for healthy lunch 🥰🥰🥰

We just had a chance to provide this amazing feast to celebrate Christina's 35th birthday with her friends and family who gathered in the grounds of fabulous Villa Galemar from all around the Europe !
Among great music and dancing, we serve a fish platter with langoustines, mussles ,smoked salmon and French Oysters, Charcuterie platter with local cheeses and our famous iberico pork and sun dried tomato sausage rolls .
All followed by baked cod with chorizo oil, creamy mashedpotato, and green peas salsa with chilli and dill .
Vanilla,mascarpone, and blueberry confiture birthday cake came as a treat at last :) Thank you for having us there ! 😊
