𝗪𝗲 𝗡𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝗬𝗢𝗨𝗥 𝗛𝗘𝗟𝗣 ❤️

Today we found a cat dying on the road outside our house in 30° heat. And for anyone who knows me knows there is no way I could walk past and leave him. We have named him LUCKY 🩵

We managed to get him into the cat box and to the emergency vets hospital as our own vets are closed, and he has no chip 😔

He is extremely sick but they have stabilized him and he will now spend the night there.

He is
🩵 Extremely dehydrated
🩵 Severely malnutrition (he is starving)
🩵 His poor mouth is making it impossible for him to eat
🩵 He has a viral infection

This is what we know so far

His costing of care so far is

❤️ Emergency consultation
❤️ 1 night hospital stay
❤️ Bloody work
❤️ Bio chemist
❤️ X-ray
❤️ Echo scan
❤️ Fluid
❤️ Food via IV

We don't know what else will be found during the night and after the scan and x-ray is made but what we do know is he no longer has pain, he is in the best hands and he won't die alone on the Street.

Tomorrow we will make the decision if he has to stay in emergency care or if he can be transferred to our vets to continue the necessary treatment.

But 𝗪𝗲 𝗡𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝗬𝗢𝗨𝗥 𝗛𝗘𝗟𝗣 🙏🏾

The bill today has been €629 and predict this will be doubled.

We have paid €419 and we really do ask if you can help us with this in any way, we will be so grateful.

In Spain they do not have a duty of care meaning, we had the choice to either leave him to die which 100% he would have or we have to take responsibility and take him to be helped and all costs lay with us

What I am asking for, is if you can please support financially in any way I can't tell you how much this will help and means to us and if this is not possible please can you share this post in the hope someone will see it ❤️

We are waiting for our 𝗚𝗼 𝗙𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝗠𝗲 account to be authorised where you will be able to donate otherwise we have Paypal, Bizum and transfer all which all the funds will go directly to the care of Lucky 🩵

Gazpacho 🍅

It's one of my favorite summer lunches or go-to's if I'm hungry and on the go. Packed with goodness, healthy and super tasty

𝙄 𝙪𝙨𝙚 ...

🥒Cucumber
🍅Fresh tomatoes, use a mix if you wish
🫑Green peppers
🌶Chillies **optional
🧄Garlic cloves
🍀Fresh parsley
🍵Sherry vinegar or red wine vinegar or white wine vinegar
🫒Extra virgin olive oil, plus more for drizzling
🧂Sea salt & Freshly ground pepper

Blitz and add water where needed.

I serve this at all my fitness camps as a recovery boost 🦾

It's always such a pleasure seeing and working with ❤️ and the wonderful Ollie & Chris also with their AMAZING photography and videographer 🥰

Providing Breakfast - Lunch - Snacks & Dinner for an incredible bunch of athletes,, I LOVE 💙

Ensuring they are always fueled ready for the next training session, but being conscious not to have them bloated, feeling tired, or experiencing crashes by feeding them the wrong foods is super important 💪🏾

In these camps I have to keep the balance of every part of the nutritional side evened out along with packing each dish with flavour and fun ❤️ With them burning over 5000 calories a day each person needs the correct amount of food and all it's goodness within it for their specific diet ✅
And EVERYONE is always so kind and great to speak with each day 🥰

See you all again in September and excited for 2025 🥳🫶🏽😘

I get asked so many times about the recipe for my overnight oats I do on camps 🤤 But I never have the time when I'm doing camps and then I always forget 🤦🏽‍♀️

It's very very simple but also very tasty
Oats1 spoon of organic coconut oilCoconut milkRice milkOrganic Honey or agave syrup for vegan Chai seedsWater

And leave in the fridge overnight

You can add all sorts such asCinnamon NutmegChocolate chips Coconut shavingsFresh fruitsFrozen fruitsNuts or peanuts butter

A Moroccan feast ❤️

Nearly time for home ♥️

Thailand has been amazing, and for once we have actually stopped and done nothing 🙌🏾 which was well needed with just a little exploring being done 😜

I never feel sad going home as I love where we live, I love our little family and I love my job.

I have tasted and learnt new dishes here , I have a case full of Thai herbs and my soul is full of incredible memories ♥️🌎

So in

2 taxis, 1 boat, 3 flights and a short drive time, we will be back on home soil 😍

We have been making massamam 🤤

Cooking it the traditional Thai way we made one desg vegan including Tofu, and high protein vegetables such as broccoli, Peas, green beans and asparagus and the other was with chicken and lots of vegetables ♥️

This is one of my favourite meals to also make in batch as to make the Thai paste, then the sauce and only create a small portion I feel is time consuming, But to make the sauce in a large batch and freeze then just choose your favourite add on's like
Any vegetables 🥕Chicken, Beef, Prawns 🍤 Tofu 🫛Potatoes 🥔

And serve with Rice or noodles 🤤

With so many retreats booked this year 💪🏾The breakfast is such an important meal of the day.

One of the favourites is the

Overnight oats mixed with chai seeds, Coco oil, No fat greek yoghurt, honey 🤤

Topped with - Fresh blueberries, Blackberries , raspberries, Pomegranate and pistachios 😋😋😋

Working on some natural, vegan energy bars 🤤

I personally hate most of the taste of the energy bars you get in a wrapper and I like to have something for my camps to be able to snack on to give them a boost that's healthy and nutritious and most importantly tastes great ♥️

Using ingredients like Nuts, Coco oil, vegan chocolate, cranberries, oats , dates and much more

Making sure the balance between Protein, Carbohydrates, Fiber, Fats etc are well balanced

Has anyone tried my 𝙏𝙧𝙞𝙥𝙡𝙚 𝘾𝙝𝙤𝙘𝙤𝙡𝙖𝙩𝙚 𝙋𝙧𝙤𝙩𝙚𝙞𝙣 𝘽𝙧𝙤𝙬𝙣𝙞𝙚𝙨 ??? 😜

If I make a batch of these at home for when we have friends and family coming I have to either

1. Freeze the leftovers asap
2. Give away the leftovers
3. Accept my fate that I WILL eat the leftovers and to myself if needed and not feel even slightly guilty 🤭

These will be featured in all camps booked directly with me as your "𝙎𝙬𝙚𝙚𝙩 𝙏𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙩" if you wish 😜 and for any private catering including dessert 🤤❤️
