During the month of May, the 6th Madrid Weekender and the 12th EASM Summer School of the European Association of Sport Management took place.

Students had the opportunity to enjoy academic conferences, open debates and case studies on "International Sports Marketing: Value Co-Creation through Engagement".

During the different days we were able to visit the Microsoft Global Sports Innovation Center (GSIC powered by Microsoft), the two most important football stadiums in Madrid (Santiago Bernabéu and Wanda Metropolitano), enjoying at the same time two LaLiga matches, and many other activities that gave us the opportunity to get to know the city.

Thanks to all the participants for making the event possible, it has been a pleasure to share this experience with all of you. We hope it was a fruitful experience.

We are already working on future events, soon you will be able to see the progress.

The countdown begins! In just one month we will be able to enjoy the 12th edition of the EASM Summer School.

From the 11th to the 15th of May, there will be different lectures from academics and professionals from the sports industry, teamwork, case studies, student presentations and distance reading for initial preparation. There will also be leisure activities related to tourism and sport, getting to know Madrid in the best possible way.

We are really proud of receiving a 23 group of students from King Abdulaziz University (Arabia Saudí) from 7th to 11th January in Madrid.

We spent a great time together sightseeing and visiting venues around the city, and doing differents activities, such us Territorio Atleti Guided Tour, attending lectures from professionals of the sport industry at Universidad Europea, visiting Global Sports Innovation Center and also having the opportunity to enjoy a football match at Real Madrid Stadium ⚽💯
