Last weekend we had the honour of helping a species regular client of ours celebrate his birthday and what a wonderful evening it was at Seal HQ in Porreres ❤️🥂

Passion fruit Mojito

We are super happy to be able to open for a few pop ups this month!

For the next two weeks on Tuesdays (22nd and 29th July) we will be open for a seasonal menu del día and on the 26th July we will do another paella and spritz special.

Spanish night in Soller at the incredible with the most stunning views!
We started with a Mallorquín Vermouth Spritz with fresh mandarin juice accompanied by a sobrasada, apricot & almond bruschetta. Next up we served homemade jamón & manchego croquettes & beautiful local prawns with parsley & garlic accompanied by Nounat. Round two was piementos de padrón & manchego with membrillo served with Sincronía Rosat & finally classic tortilla with chorizo flash fried in sherry vinegar alongside Negre. We ended with light as air almond cake with mascarpone & local strawberries complemented by strawberry daiquiris, the perfect way to end the perfect evening🍓

Last night we were very honoured to help celebrate the opening of ! The brand new gallery is part of and we loved being part of the buzz on their opening night. Great to meet one of the very talented artists too

Last weekend we hosted another gorgeous Sunday lunch at SealHQ. Perfectly roasted chickens with tarragon butter & crispy skin were the stars of the show, served with roasted beetroot with thyme & hazelnuts, smoked roast potatoes, bread sauce, pork, sage & onion stuffing, green beans, cauliflower gratin & epic gravy! We started with a beautiful rich truffle pappardelle & finished with light as air orange & almond paris brest filled with chocolate & almond cream & local oranges.

Next & final Roast Sunday Lunch will be on the 13th April with our classic roast beef!

Gorgeous surprise birthday lunch in Campos yesterday. Beautiful canapés including a bruschetta topped with sobrasada, apricot and almonds and mushroom arancini. Main course was served family style and included one of our favourites; steak tagliata and delicious grilled aubergines with feta, almonds and pomegranate. Ended on a high note with perfect espresso martinis 😋

Delicious pithivier filled with local mushrooms to start followed by roast lamb with all the trimmings and an epic dessert, chocolate “Nemesis” cake! If you know you know!

Happy New Year!

We are super happy to announce that after a successful December full of pop ups at Seal HQ in Porreres we have decided to continue in January.

Every Tuesday for the month of January we will be hosting menu del dia. Tuesday is market day in our picturesque town which is the perfect opportunity to discover a new place or simply support the lovely local community. Come & enjoy our simple, local & seasonal fare for €15 (3 courses including a drink). Bookings advisable.

On the 26th January we will be hosting another feast style Sunday lunch. Back by popular demand the 3 course menu will include a glass of bubbles on arrival & Will’s epic Roast Beef & Yorkshire Pudding (veggie/vegan options available on request).The table seats 22 & is already half full so bookings are definitely essential.

Finally our cocktail nights will continue in January too! Come & enjoy a well made Negroni, a zingy Passionfruit Mojito or my personal favourite a Spicy Margarita. Disco music will be provided, dancing is definitely encouraged 🪩🍸

Awesome party alert!!
On the 1st November we were honoured to cook a 10 year anniversary lunch at the beautiful ❤️
The weather wasn’t the most helpful on the day with an amber alert for heavy rain and flooding but like troopers our awesome guests still sat outside to eat a four course Italian lunch despite getting a bit wet!

They started with some beautiful Champagne accompanied by awesome oysters provided by

Once they sat down they enjoyed Italian antipasti, Spaghetti Vongole, Rack of Lamb with salsa verde and the classic Tiramisu!

We loved every minute of this party, despite the weather the guests were in high spirits and our team were amazing as always 🙏
