Spanish night in Soller at the incredible with the most stunning views!
We started with a Mallorquín Vermouth Spritz with fresh mandarin juice accompanied by a sobrasada, apricot & almond bruschetta. Next up we served homemade jamón & manchego croquettes & beautiful local prawns with parsley & garlic accompanied by Nounat. Round two was piementos de padrón & manchego with membrillo served with Sincronía Rosat & finally classic tortilla with chorizo flash fried in sherry vinegar alongside Negre. We ended with light as air almond cake with mascarpone & local strawberries complemented by strawberry daiquiris, the perfect way to end the perfect evening🍓
