Awesome party alert!!
On the 1st November we were honoured to cook a 10 year anniversary lunch at the beautiful ❤️
The weather wasn’t the most helpful on the day with an amber alert for heavy rain and flooding but like troopers our awesome guests still sat outside to eat a four course Italian lunch despite getting a bit wet!

They started with some beautiful Champagne accompanied by awesome oysters provided by

Once they sat down they enjoyed Italian antipasti, Spaghetti Vongole, Rack of Lamb with salsa verde and the classic Tiramisu!

We loved every minute of this party, despite the weather the guests were in high spirits and our team were amazing as always 🙏

We are very excited to be back with some pop ups at Seal HQ in December, check out the dates and contact us to book in.

We will be doing our classic weekend lunches, epic roasts and local Mesquida Mora wines served family style with just one communal big table filled with lovely likeminded people.

New this winter we are trialing Menu del Dia on Tuesdays which is market day in Porreres. We will be serving up three course of exciting and creative food for €15.

And finally we’ve decided Porreres needs cocktails 🍸 🍹 so on three Friday evenings in December we will be open for cocktails and nibbles, perfect for a festive drink 🎄

At the beginning of October we were lucky to have been part of a 60th birthday extravaganza in Valldemossa. A two day party to celebrate a special birthday, we started with & by the talented and plenty of drinks on Friday evening and then a gorgeous three course meal on Saturday evening.

We started with a lovely fresh salad of ricotta, peach, peas, Jamon and local leaves. Followed by herb stuffed Porchetta with crispy crackling and finished with a simple vanilla cheesecake with local figs and pomegranate.

We were super happy to have an excellent team working along side us at this event and very grateful for all their hard work.

Last week we had the pleasure of cooking for one of our lovely regular clients in Valldemossa. Stunning views and delicious food!
A selection of tasty canapés to start followed by an epic arancini filled with black rice, prawns & sepia. Main course was roasted hake loin, triple cooked potato gratin, grilled courgettes, slow roasted tomatoes and salsa verde and dessert was a classic vanilla cheesecake topped with passionfruit (unfortunately it was too dark for photos of that one) & a selection of local cheeses.

Last weekend we had the privilege of cooking for a in the beautiful village of

Started with Cava Sangria full of seasonal fruit and some tasty canapés, the guests then enjoyed a whole host of dishes cooked on the
Delicious scallops and chicken skewers served with romesco sauce were followed by whole sea bream and beautiful fillet steak accompanied by salads
We ended with gin and tonic granita and individual passionfruit meringue tarts which we had no time to take photos of!

The guests also thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful birthday cake made by , Limoncello Tiramisu was the inspiration and it didn’t disappoint!

Last weekend we had the honour of being part of a beautiful intimate wedding in Pollenca. Gorgeous people in a stunning villa with delicious food! They started with a simple salad using awesome local ingredients, excellent quality Jamon, super tasty Grimalt cheese from Felanitx & the best peaches from in Porreres. Next up was scallops baked in the oven with plenty of garlic, butter, tarragon & crispy breadcrumbs & finally Wagyu picana steak from the amazing served with smoked potato purée, carrots glazed with honey & fennel seed, roasted onions & creamy hollandaise sauce. We ended with a perfect vanilla panna cotta with local cherries but it was too dark for photos by that point!

What a special occasion this event was! A celebration for not one but two 70th Birthdays for an absolutely lovely local family in Porreres. We felt very honoured to be a part of their fiesta! Beautiful fideuá filled with seafood picked up from the market just a few hours before we cooked followed by an epic pavlova filled with lemon curd, creme patisserie, local cherries and the famous Porreres apricots ❤️

A few pictures from some of the wonderful retreats we have been honoured to cater for in the last few months. We absolutely love being able to nourish our clients with such excellent local and seasonal produce from and to work alongside wonderful teachers and hosts in the beautiful

What a busy few weeks we’ve had!! A little photo dump from a multiple day booking a few weeks ago for one of our regular clients in Cala D’or…..a delicious Mallorquín Vermouth Spritz, some super tasty mushroom, spinach & truffle arancini, classic Spaghetti Vongole, pan fried foie gras with homemade brioche, orange & crispy sage, beautiful A5 Japanese Wagyu steak served with the most incredible twice cooked crispy potato gratin & perfect veal escalope both from our awesome supplier . Chocolate soufflés & the tastiest pavlovas filled with homemade lemon curd & local seasonal fruit! It was a lovely few days!

Gorgeous dinner in Valldemossa last night for lovely return clients. Canapés and drinks on the terrace in the last of the days sunshine before they enjoyed pumpkin and sage risotto with crispy goats cheese and arancini, followed by beautifully cooked fillets of hake with an orange and parsley dressing, green beans and slow roasted cherry tomatoes. Dessert was individual lemon and basil meringue tarts with raspberry coulis. Delicious!

Today we were honoured to be part of a very special surprise proposal at the very beautiful winery in Colonia Saint Pere, the weather wasn’t quite how we’d hoped but we made it work and the sunshine came out for the crucial moment! Gorgeous set up with .green outdoor rugs, stunning flowers by and of course delicious wines by . The hopeful gentleman ordered all of his loves favourite foods and then popped the question! She said yes 🙌 and they will live happily every after! What a privilege it was to be part of it ❤️

Delicious Asian inspired tapas for some lovely clients in Sineu. A real mix of different cuisines chosen by the birthday girl! Thai, Vietnamese, Chinese, Japanese, Indonesian and all super tasty! Stand out dishes were the homemade bao buns filled with crispy pork belly, pickled vegetables and crackling, san choy bao and the satay chicken which was ridiculous, cooked slowly to ensure it was super tender but covered in a crunchy peanut crust! My favourite had to be the dessert though, creamy rice pudding infused with cardamom and vanilla, with a brûlée top, pistachio and raspberries!

What a lovely lunch yesterday! We cooked a selection of tapas and paella with matching wine for some new clients in Pollenca and it was a real pleasure. Homemade Jamon croquettes, Manchego with truffle honey, Sobrosada with egg yolk, sesame & honey, Compressed melon with basil & Jamon, Heritage tomato salad with pickled red onions, basil & toasted local almonds, Seafood Paella & Tarta De Santiago with local honey & cream.
Nobody went hungry yesterday!
All accompanied by Mallorquín wines, Brut to start with, the new rosé from , beautiful new vintage of Naunat and finally one of our absolute favourites the delicious Pinot Noir from .

Lovely Asian tapas dinner last night in for a 50th Birthday celebration. Spicy ginger & lemongrass margaritas, summer rolls filled with crunchy vegetables & plenty of aromatic herbs, Tom Kha G*i soup, sang choy bow, hake & prawn fish cakes, satay chicken, mango, cashew & rice noodle salad & finally a cardamom rice pudding with coconut biscuits. No time to take pictures of it all but safe to say it was all delicious!

Delicious dinner full of classics for a lovely regular client last night. Scallops cooked on the bbq with cava, sage & garlic butter to start followed by Chuletón also cooked over fire with rosemary salt &
accompanied by these delicious old school twice baked potatoes filled with spring onion, crispy bacon & cheese. Dessert was a winter pavlova filled with poached pear, orange cream, milk chocolate & toasted hazelnuts.
