We had our lovely warm sun peaking out today to remind us summer is just round the corner 🌤️.
Today we are very proud to post a pic of the quintessential Spanish summer dish in a small, delicate shot format, perfect as a canapé. Gazpacho Andaluz with its Pipirrana. Made with the best local ingredients, typical of our area, suitable for vegans, flavourful, healthy and refreshing, can't ask for more from this humble dish 🍅🍅🍅.

We recently introduced a new bite we have to offer for wedding catering to this lovely couple from Madrid, tender, flavourful Sliced Duck Breast with a Tangy Creole sauce. Suffice to say, it was an absolute success! 🤵👰🍢.

Just because a bite is small in size does not mean it's small in flavour. This beautiful looking spoon canape is made with tender, flavourful Grilled Octopus over Robuchon Style Mashed Potatoes. The Octopus is dressed by a sprinkle of paprika while the mash is made following the recipe of the legendary Joel Robuchon, with generous amounts of fresh butter, which makes it silky smooth and moreish. An absolute treat in a bite. 🐙🥔🥄👨‍🍳.

They are not exactly in season at the moment but if my clients have a craving for asparagus, we trust our suppliers can get us the best and greenest tasting ones in the market.
Grillled with a drizzle of homemade hollandaise and a generous sprinkle of .oficial Maldon salt, they are simply scrumptious.
