At Velvet Productions, we are specialists in Technical Event Production and providing Audiovisual Equipment and entertainment services, and are thoroughly committed to delivering exceptional service and flawless event experiences to our diverse clientele.

We are currently searching for a Warehouse Technician to work at our warehouse in Palma. Responsibilities include managing equipment, organization, conducting repairs, and overseeing loading and unloading processes, including breakdown of events, thus ensuring smooth operation of our warehouse.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Ensuring careful storage and organization of equipment.
Responsibility for day-to-day warehouse operations.
Loading and unloading preparation of equipment from vehicles.
Rigging/Derigging equipment at events.
Assistance with pre-programming equipment for live events.
Carry out warehouse organization and general maintenance.

Requirements:

Knowledge and experience with Lighting, Sound, Video, Staging, and Set Design - 2-5 years experience.
IT proficiency.
Comfortable working at height and capable of heavy lifting.
Proactive, positive, and flexible attitude.
Strong team player with good communication skills.
Clean Driving License.

Desirable:

Qualification related to AV, Live events, or theatre production.
Experience with maintenance and repair of AV equipment.
Professional Proficiency in English.
What we Offer:

Salary Range: 18k (Negotiable depending on experience).
Weekly Hours: 30hrs per week, Monday to Sunday as required.
Start Date: April.

Productions, especialistas en producción técnico de eventos y proporcionando equipamiento audiovisual y entretenimiento, nos dedicamos a ofrecer un servicio excepcional y experiencias de eventos impecables a nuestra diversa clientela.

Actualmente estamos buscando un técnico de almacén, para trabajar principalmente en nuestro almacén, gestionando la organización de equipo, realizando reparaciones y supervisando los procesos de carga y descarga, montaje y desmontaje de los eventos, asegurando el buen funcionamiento de nuestro almacén.

Funciones y Responsabilidades:

Garantizar el almacenamiento y la organización cuidadosa de los equipos.
Responsabilización de las operaciones diarias de del almacén.
Preparación de carga y descarga de los vehículos.
Montaje y desmontaje de los equipos en los eventos.
Asistencia en la pre-programación de los equipos al regreso de un evento.
Organización del almacén y mantenimiento general.

Requisitos:

Conocimientos y experiencia en iluminación, sonido, video, escenografía - 2 -5 años de experiencia.
Conocimientos de sistemas eléctricos y habilidades informáticos.
Comodidad para trabajar en altura y capacidad para levantar carga.
Actitud proactiva, positiva y flexible.
Gran capacidad de trabajo en equipo y de comunicación.
Permiso de conducir en regla.

Deseable:
Cualificación relacionada con AV, eventos en directo o producción teatral.
Experiencia en mantenimiento y reparación de equipos audiovisuales.
Competencia Profesional en Inglés.

Ofrecemos:
Rango salarial - 18k (Negociable según experiencia).
Horario Semanal - 30hrs, lunes a domingo según se requiere.
Fecha comienzo - Abril.
