• Bento Babe Cake - Delicioso pastel formato a individual (que se puede compartir) con una base de bizcocho, crunch de pistachos, crema de pistacho & matcha y un corazón de crema intensa de frutos rojos. Opción de hacer el glaseado exterior en chocolate 70% o chocolate blanco .

• Alfajores Corazón - Galleta de avellana tostada, dulce de leche y centro de ganache de chocolate 70%. Puedes elegir si quieres cobertura negra o blanca a tu gusto!

Este año me he propuesto ser más constante con la subida de material fotográfico que tengo.

La verdad es que el año pasado fue bastante intenso por varias razones y esta tarea quedó bastante abandonada... hay tantas pero tantas fotos de pasteles en mi ordenador de pedidos que he hecho, muchos de ellos ni los he sólo enseñado en las Historias... y merecen ser enseñados. 😏

Algunos pasteles si que los recordaréis una vez que suba las fotos, pero la cosa es que lo subido en las historias, al final queda un poco en el olvido total. No queremos que eso pase, por lo que prepárense para recibir notificaciones de esta cuenta 😘

This year I have decided to be more constant with the uploading of my photographic material.

The truth is that last year was quite intense for several reasons and this task was quite abandoned... there are so many (but so many!) photos of cakes in my computer of orders I have made, many of them I haven't even shown in the Stories... and they deserve to be shown. 😏

Some cakes you will remember them once I upload the photos, but the thing is that what is shown in the stories, in the end remains a bit in total oblivion. We don't want that to happen, so be prepared to receive notifications from this account 😘.

Esta deco es otra alternativa que se puede aplicar a los Layered Cakes cuando son estilo Todo Cubierto. Podemos trasnformar la crema base - si es blanca - en otros colores gracias al agregado de ingredientes naturales. Otras opciones que podemos conseguir es un degradado de color en amarillo ( al mezclae con cúrcuma) o una rosa ( usando polvo de remolacha ) o azul ( utilizando la poco conocida espirulina azul )

Siempre que y me han contactado para hacer una colaboración hay mucho espacio para la creatividad, y eso me flipa. ⁣

Con este pedido en concreto, que era para un evento que se realizaría en la finca mágica de , hogar de la increible colección de , había una sola consigna y era que siguiera el Mood Board con una paleta muy concreta de colores, la cual no sólo use para la estética del pastel, pero también para el interior del mismo. ⁣
⁣
Los colores inspiración eran verde oscuro, violeta, negro, marrón... por lo que elegí como sabores protagonistas la Vainilla, el Chocolate y mis fav de siempre, los Frutos Rojos. ⁣
⁣
🧐 Fue un evento grande, por eso, si se fijan bien, hay diferencias entre los pasteles, ya que elaboré dos pasteles grades, cada uno para servir alrededor de unas 45 porciones. ⁣

Whenever and have approached me for a collaboration there's always plenty of room for creativity, and I love that. ⁣
⁣
With this particular request, which was for an event to be held at the magical farm, home of the incredible collection, there was only one brief and I had to follow the Mood Board with a very specific palette of colours, which I not only used as inspiration for the looks of the cake, but also for the interior of the cake. ⁣
⁣
The inspirational colours were dark green, violet, black, brown... so I chose Vanilla, Chocolate and my all-time favourite, Red Berries, as the main flavours. ⁣
⁣
🧐 It was a big event, so if you look closely, there are differences between the cakes, as I made two large cakes, each serving around 45 portions. ⁣

No todos los pasteles de bodas tienen que ser de dos pisos, complicados, con mil rellenos y con técnicas de decoración diferentes o complicadas. A veces, menos es más, y este es un ejemplo de pastel que me gustó mucho hacer por lo delicado, elegante y simple que quedó. ⁣
⁣
Estilo Semi Naked Cake, sabor bizcocho de zanahoria y crema de vainilla, con un arreglo floral en blanco y con un poquito de verde. Pim Pum ... qué mas? Queda precioso! 🥰⁣
⁣
A veces en la foto no se aprecia, pero este pastel era para una boda pequeña. Este tamaño de Layered Cake corresponde a uno de 20 cm de diámetro y con tres capas de bizcocho, rinde unas 17/18 porciones.⁣

Not all wedding cakes have to be two-tiered, complicated, with a thousand different fillings and with complex decorating techniques. Sometimes, less is more, and this is an example of a cake that I really enjoyed making because of how delicate, elegant and simple it was. ⁣

Semi Naked Cake style, carrot cake and vanilla cream flavour, with a white floral arrangement and a little bit of green. Easy Peasy and it looks beautiful! 🥰⁣
⁣
Sometimes you can't see it in the photo, but this cake was for a small wedding. This size of Layered Cake corresponds to one of 20 cm in diameter and with three layers of sponge cake, it yields about 17/18 portions.

Estos pequeños dulces se han vuelto uno de los favoritos cuando abro en Día Especial Take Away en el obrador. ⁣

Si aún no los has probado, pues te cuento que son una creación que consta de una cubierta fina de chocolate 70% o choco blanco y dentro pues... depende, siempre es un variadito de texturas y sabores que te harán flipar. ⁣
Y la verdad es que pocas veces repito sabores, pues me gusta variar las opciones que voy creando, ya que me parece divertido no repetir. 🥰⁣

Pero pueeeeede, que dentro de poco, una cafetería sume a estos pequeñajos... pero ya os contaré más adelante! 😉⁣

If you haven't tried them yet, I'll tell you that they are a sweet treat that consists of a thin 70% chocolate or white chocolate coating and inside...well it depends, it's always a variety of textures and flavours that will blow your mind. ⁣
And the truth is that I rarely repeat flavours, as I like to vary the options I create, as I find it fun not to repeat. 🥰⁣

Sin lugar a dudas éste es uno de los decorados que más me gusta hacer en las Layered Cakes por la variedad de formas en las cuales puedo aplicar esta técnica. ⁣
⁣
En este caso hice un gradiente de color siguiendo la paleta de colores de una boda que organizaba Joanna con temática Atardecer. ⁣
⁣
Nota de Amor: Como siempre, los pedidos de siempre involucran creatividad, por lo cual no puedo dejar de estar agradecida con ella por ser la libertad creativa que me da para poder probar cosas nuevas! ⁣

Without a doubt this is one of the decorations that I enjoy the most making in Layered Cakes because of the variety of ways in which I can apply this technique. ⁣

In this case I made a colour gradient following the colour palette of a wedding Joanna was organising. The Theme was Sunset. ⁣

Una de las ventajas de elegir una decoración Toda Cubierta en vuestro pastel tipo Layered Cake es que nos amplia las posibilidades de decorados especiales a aplicar. Como por ejemplo, en este caso, un efecto tipo Aquarella.⁣
En este tipo de decorado se seleccionan hasta dos colores naturales diferentes a la crema base, colores con los cuales podemos crear, mediante técnicas de superposición y difumado, lo más similar a una pintura. ⁣
En mi opinión las cremas sabor Vainilla y Notas Cítricas, al ser blancas, son las mejores para usar como base de trabajo, pero si tu crema base es de otro color, como por ejemplo sabor mango, lo cual nos daría un color amarillo de fondo, podemos de todas formas jugar con esto y crear una propuesta interesante o bien podemos agregar un extra de crema blanca únicamente en el exterior del pastel para que nuestro pastel se vea como el de la foto. ⁣

One of the advantages of choosing an Full Covered style decoration on your Layered Cake is that it expands the possibilities of special decorations to be applied. For example, in this case, an Aquarella effect.⁣
In this type of decoration, up to two different natural colours are selected in addition to the base cream, colours with which we can create, through overlapping and blurring techniques, the most painting-like effect. ⁣
In my opinion the Vanilla and Citrus Notes creams, since they are white, are the best to use as a working base, but if your base cream is another colour, such as mango flavour for example, which would give us a yellow background colour, we can still play with this and create an interesting design or we can add an extra white cream only on the outside of the cake so that our cake looks like the one in the photo.

No os puedo explicar la sensación tras ver todas las fotos de Shooting que hicimos hace unos meses atrás. Son tantas y una mas hermosa que la otra! La visión y el concepto de Jil, insuperable. Estoy sumamente agradecida de que me hayan contactado junto con Simone para formar parte de este increible grupo de mujeres, todas tan talentosas. Y sobre todo, agradecida por la libertad creativa quee me dieron para crear algo nuevo y experimental. ⁣

I can't explain the feeling after seeing all the Shooting photos we took a few months ago. There are so many and one more beautiful than the other! Jil's vision and concept was absolutly amazing. Me encanta cuando venís con propuestas como estas. ⁣
Os cuento un poco como fue con este pastel: Joanna estaba organizando el cumpleaños donde festejaban a dos amigos, ambos con gustos bastante diferentes. Era una reunión íntima, pocas personas, y hacer dos pasteles por separado no tenía sentido, y era bastante más guay crear un único pastel diferente. ⁣
Por eso este pastel tuvo dos personalizades tanto por fuera como por dentro, ya que, aunque no se vea, este estaba a su vez dividido en dos, siendo la parte de abajo, carrot cake con una crema de notas citricas y la superior sabor doble chocolate. ⁣

I'll tell you a bit about how it went with this cake: Joanna from was organising a birthday party for two friends, both with quite different tastes. It was an intimate gathering, few people, and making two separate cakes didn't make sense, and it was much cooler to create a single unique custom cake. ⁣
That's why this cake had two personalities, both on the outside and inside: Although you can't see it, inside it was divided in two, being the bottom part, carrot cake with a citric cream and the top part a double chocolate flavour cake.⁣
