This week I should have been getting all set for my first 2020 wedding on our beautiful island. Instead, I'm sitting at my desk in Scotland looking at packing boxes that won't be going anywhere anytime soon and thinking about all of you lovely people who are having to change your much-anticipated dates to next year. However I'm heartened by the texts I've received from so many of you and delighted that not one of you has cancelled your big day. You all know that what makes your 'special' day special isn't when it is, but who you share it with.

Yes, your weddings will be a bit later than planned, but when we do all meet again, we'll enjoy all your magical days all the more.

So this weekend, enjoy the sun and raise a glass of something bubbly to one another, to your loved ones and to the future. Then....
